Fantastic room. Close to airport, dining options nearby. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and I forgot to put one room was to be twin share. A quick visit to reception and a porter was sent to our room to change the room very quickly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Staff were magnificent and friendly. For a late last minute check in (after cancelling Nesuto Woolloomooloo an hour earlier due to very rude staff) we were well looked after. Nothing was a bother. Hotel was very quiet very clean and the air con worked well. Found our new go to place when in Sydney.

Room was a good size. Small fee for an upgrade. Would like basic toiletries if at all possible oike tootbrush and shaving kit. Overall a good stay except for neighbours who were overly loud talking outside their rooms or corridors for such a long time. A sound proofed room would be good then.
