Overall the experience was great! Check-in person, cleaning crew, and lady at the breakfast were all very polite and helpful. The place looks clean, recently remodeled, but there are some signs of wear already. We stayed in a Deluxe King room with a Sofa and Balcony — the mattress looked and felt old (both side sink in while the middle is a bit more firm), there were no ceilings lights but 5 lamps in the room and a couple of the lamps we’re already wobbly. The overall look of the room was cute, neat and tidy but on a closer look those flaws were easy to spot. The room was pretty dim as a result. We couldn’t even read. Our experience is relatively good cuz the price of the room this size and complimentary hot breakfast came out to be $157+ $15parking, better value than another hotel we stayed at the night before in Santa Barbara.

Room and hotel were in nice and clean condition, however we were woken up 3 or 4 times since 7-10am from housekeeping knocking the door. They even tried walking in as we were getting ready. Thankfully we had the door manually locked. Our checked out was not till 11am, and I ended up telling housekeeping that so they would stop constantly knocking. Besides that, the actual hotel was really great, including the front desk people.

Very nice, clean, quiet and spacious hotel. Most excellent stuff, very helpful and courteous. Having microwave and refrigerator in every room is a big plus. Restaurant right outside of the hotel doors with in-room delivery option. Very easy and convenient parking with enough spaces to accommodate everyone. Heated pool on the roof and a great view. Very pleased with our stay there. Will come again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast- the pancake machine was cool, clean room and common areas. Our room was a bit noisy because it’s next to the stairs, but once I fell asleep the noise didn’t bother me. Bed was nice and comfy. Free parking and no hassles with parking pass. 👍 Close to downtown SLO if you want to walk around to shop or eat out. The heated rooftop pool and hot tub are the highlight of this hotel for us. Perfect if you’ve been on the road a few hours. If we’re in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

I really loved the rooftop deck and the breakfast room was really nice with good options for breakfast. I didn't like the fragrance in the lobby, it was too much and would have resulted in a headache if we had hung out there. Other than that we loved our stay.
