Love this option to downtown SF. If you have a rental car--this nice venue with lovely pool area is a great option. And better weather! Groceries/mall area adjunct to the property is convenient. Used to live in SF and travel for business often. This is my new go-to.

Reception was wonderful, we arrived late and were given a room on floor 0. It felt like being in a basement, room was very worn and dated. The shower head came to my nose and I am 5ā€™5ā€. Several elevators did not even go to floor 0 and you had to walk quite a ways with luggage to get to the room. I would stay there again, just not on this floor. The breakfast was exceptional, pool and jacuzzi area looked very tranquil.

Overall, a nice property. I especially liked the gym, pool and dining areas. It was clean, safe and walkable to a nearby strip mall with dining and shopping options. I didn't like the loud air conditioner that kept turning on and off every few minutes. Also, the TV advertised free Max, but it didn't work.

After traveling all day I booked this hotel last minute without reading the reviews. My mistake! I figured Four Seasons to be reputable hotel with friendly staff. We arrived after 9 pm. Hotel was nice and we quickly went to bed. Awake at 5am to shower and get ready to leave before rush hour traffic only to find we had no hot water in shower. When we told front desk personnel he didnā€™t have any concern and told me I would receive a receipt via email. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience he took my number and said the manager would call me. After leaving I contacted Hotels.com who contacted the hotel also. The hotel told Hotels.com to file a complaint via email and they would be contacted in 3 days. I understand that things happen but be apologetic. After leaving I read reviews only to find out this has been going on for months! Why can this not be fixed! Lesson learned! Always read the reviews!

Stay was good. Air conditioning in the room never got the temp below the mid 70ā€™s. There was a drawer on the dresser and night stand that would fully open and would not stay closed. We wedged something in the drawers to keep them shut. Overall the hotel was quiet and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly and the pool area was clean and well maintained.

Lovely property. The only issue was that our room smelled like it was once a smoking room. We didn't complain because we were only there a short time. Would stay there again, but would make sure the room was smoke free.

My bikes were stolen from off my bike rack that was on my truck and locked. We parked under the security cameras. They didn't give us a chance to bring them inside and didn't have a bike rack in front to lock them up. They broke our bike rack because the lock we had was guaranteed that they couldn't cut through, so they broke the bike rack to and took them with the lock attached. When we informed the front desk, they didn't seem to concerned. When we asked for the video for the police department they said they would return my call and never did. When I called several times to find out where my video, they finally told me that they couldn't release the video to me but will to the police department. This took them 3 days to tell me instead of letting me know that same day so the police department could have got the video sooner. This happened on September 2, 2024 and it is September 7th and they still haven't released my video. Also, when we called for housekeeping and the front desk from the phone in our room, they never answered. It was either busy or it went to voicemail. My husband had to call the hotel number on his cell phone in order to get a hold of them.
