When we arrived they had gave our room that i paid for. They didnt have pillows or blankets for the extra beds. The only good thing they did give us an extra room. No sheets no pillows for the pull out bed. Heaters didnt work. Balcony doors didnt close ad bathroom trash was full. Other then that was ok. Breakfast was okay.

NEVER stay here again.
1. Both Smoke detectors were broken and hanging from the ceiling. Even after notifying the front desk, no repair or room change was done. 2. All rooms have no control over temperature. My kids were cold and the heater did not function. Only option was to turn off the vent. Hotel received numerous complaints but nothing was done. 3. No answer to any phone calls to front desk, house keeping, nothing. Had to walk downstairs to request blanket and pillows for my kids. Still wasn’t enough as the rooms were cold due to heater not working. What kind of crap hotel is this?

Room was run down furniture was in bad repair . Shower tub had paint chipping off! the grout around the tile was moldy! At breakfast there was a omelette bar coffee and juice, toast or bagel, but no fresh fruit, no potatoes, no bacon, no oatmeal. The female omelette cook… rude as hell! Terrible stay. We did Text the hotel about negative issues. No response. By posting here we can only hope no one else is treated to this low standard hotel. Motel 6 and McDonald’s would be better. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your hard earned money and stay here!

The staff was kind and attentive but the facility was older, run down and not the cleanest. The ac ducts were filthy, the ac filters needed to be changed, there was mold by the patio doors, there was no ac in the gym room and everywhere you looked, including in the foyer and rooms had dust on it.

Maintenance issues (broken elevator, with two more breaking during stay, AC broken, but fixed after a couple days, sliding glass door opaque in spots - issue was between the dual paned glass, smoke detector started giving low battery alert beeps- fixed within a few hours), safety concerns (sliding glass door had been left ajar either by cleaning crew or prior occupants - this allowed a lot of street noise in and was not evident until opening curtains on the first morning of stay, in the evenings the cleaning carts were parked two abreast at the end of the hallway, leaving a very narrow passage to the emergency exit, once through those doors, a large laundry cart blocked a portion of the door to the stairway). Communication issue about a service the hotel advertised as having and I had called to confirm they had before I booked my room - airport shuttle. I was told they had an open position for a shuttle driver, but that staff were covering shuttle needs until the position was filled, and that the shuttle was available from 7 am to 10 pm.Shuttle service when I arrived in evening was quick, however, I was told when I asked about scheduling the shuttle a couple of days before my departure for a morning flight, that the shuttle didn’t start running until 2 pm. Staff indifferent to me needing to schedule/pay for Uber.
