At arrival to the hotel we entered the room and there was no chairs in the room , bathroom had no towels , no toilet paper , smelled like mold in the room , a/c was not working, had to sleep with the sliding door open and the room was cold because of that ,horrible experience

The noise disruption from Hwy 55 construction, central AC issue, phones in some rooms were apparently not working. The staff were able to offer another room and made several switches but not fix any issues. The breakfast bar is great but closes promptly. So all in all I felt this was an unwelcome stay.

My stay was for 3 days 4 nights. The air conditioning was not functional so it was very warm in the hotel room. I was offered a plug in fan but only one. There weren’t any notices of when the air conditioning would be running again and it didn’t work at all. It was an unpleasant stay and I don’t think I’ll be coming back next time.

The entire property does not have HVAC for the entire stay. The staff indicated it will be fixed on the 1st night. Second night, I received the same comments. On the 3rd day another staff told me that the system will not be fixed until after the holidays. The phone in the room does not even work and I have to come down to the front desk every time I need to address my concerns. Nobody at the hotel cares to even touch it during the whole stay.. This hotel is very old and its age shows. It would not give this hotel a 2 stars but I have to say the staff is trying the best they can. It is not worth your money to stay here.

The a/c is broken, so the room is so stuffy, the room itself needs renovation everything is old and falling apart. If you need anything they make you go to the front desk for it. On my last night there was a roach in the bathroom yuck!!!! Pro was breakfast daily that’s it. If it was refundable I would have cancelled the minute I opened the bedroom door. The staff that cleans breakfast is all extremely kind that was the other pro. Don’t bother to stay here it is 1,000 not worth it my car would have been a better option.

When you walk into the lobby this hotel is beautiful, it looks top notch! Our suite was just okay. It was a little dated. Our bed was not comfortable at all, very hard. And the sofa bed was terrible. We had to pull the mattress out and use it on the floor, which wasnt any better. The a/c also was out until the following week. We did ask for a fan, but didnt get one until the 2nd night and it was broken. I called the front desk to ask for another fan and was told they got a shipment of fans in and would bring us one to our room, no one ever came though😕. We ended up sleeping with the sliding door open both nights. I wanted to love this place, but it wasn't as great as the lobby leads it to be, unfortunately.

Typically Embassy Suites is higher end place. This one is worn out. the parking lot was occupied by gardeners trucks and roped off. The smell of the lobby and the room was musty and dank. All the funiture in the lobby and room was outdated and worn to threads, the room lighting was dark and old style lamps. The room phone was out of order. The shower curtain was torn and hanging by pieces. The front desk only 1 person was so over loaded, with phones ringing and a line at all times of day. She would answer the phone and say please hold over and over. The calls and line were guests who were having problems in rooms. They take a $200 deposit credit charge even for a long time Hilton Honors person. To top it off there is no air conditioning. Desk person said something about a water cooler shut down, but the room thermostate only has a Heat setting, no cooling setting, ie. no AC in Southern California.... very bad sweaty night, never going back.

I arrived to the hotel and waited in line for the person at the counter that had not been fully trained yet with no support. I found my room to be 79 degrees inside with the AC not working. I asked the front desk about it and was told that the AC was out in all the rooms. I tried to ask for a refund and simply stay at a different hotel since the room was uncomfortably hot and was declined by the desk staff. I will not be staying at embassy suites again after my experience as there are a lot of options out there that care about their client’s experience.

Well where should I start. As soon I walked in to room strong smell hit you on the nose. Bathroom was not stocked up on hand cleaning soap. Balcony door has visible Mold present. We didn't get any room cleaning for two days. Not enough cleaning support. Hilton Embassy suites be off my list. Only one thing I can say that we have found out our lost earnings back from there lost and found department. Huge shout out for the honesty.
