This hotel was the worst experience..EVER. No AC . Room was so outdated drawers would not close . Had to get a new room. Did not make a difference. Only difference was the drawers close somewhat. So dirty, construction was going on overnight. Never again staying at any embassy suites..

I think the owners and managers of this hotel are doing the Hilton Corporation a disservice . The building and common areas are very pretty . Located in a great area . For starters the front desk people were rude and not accommodating. Took a while to get our room and when we go it bathroom dirty, no covers pillows or blankets for the sofa bed . We called and went down 5 times, at 2 am they tell us they have none clean . The phone in the room and lamp did not work . The disability’s bathroom was dirty stained tiles, dirt and grime in shower head . I have photos of all this . The people that worked the breakfast were very nice and courteous , the front desks should learn from them. So we froze to death all night with no covers for the sofa bed. At the price we paid i might as well have stayed ata a Motel 8 . My husband works for hilton vacation and I have worked for my company 22 years and we own multiple Hilton hotels . This was shameful and a horrible representation of our brand.

The property is very dated and the rooms smell. The original carpet from the 60s/70s is still in the rooms and the furniture everything is old and the sofa bed had mold on it. We stayed there a day and left without fees as AC wasn’t working and we were offered to cancel without fees upon arrival. The staff were very helpful but they were stretched and super busy too.

AFTER we checked in and went to our rooms it was 88 degrees in the room. We thought that someone had just left the Heat on so we turned it to AC to cool the room, which it didnt cool. So we went down to the front desk to inquire and at that point they told us that they AC in the hotel has been broken for over a month and offered a fan and was told to pit it in the window. However the window only opens 3 inches at most so we asked why are they charging full price and not informing people DURING booking or BEFORE check in about the KNOWN issues. The staff said that it was because they FORGOT. So outside of no air the room had a stuffy mildew smell and the bathroom shower was leaking and facets had calcium/lime build up that cause the jets to spray outside the tub to the floors. Also the shower curtains were dingy with mold spot on the bottom. And to put the icing on the cake, we had to repeatedly ask for towels because housekeeping never came and when someone FINALLY did come to give towels they just used their key to walk into my room unannounced. This was the most overall horrible service and experience and this was CHRISTMAS time (22-25th). Upon asking how we could be compensated in some way for all of the issues, we were told that they dont feel comfortable issuing any refunds because they cant guarantee that EXPEDIA will give back the credit to us and that we should have booked directly through Embassy Suites. Again, this is the worst ive EVER experienced

Nightmare Stay
At arrival to the hotel we entered the room and there was no chairs in the room , bathroom had no towels , no toilet paper , smelled like mold in the room , a/c was not working, had to sleep with the sliding door open and the room was cold because of that ,horrible experience

The noise disruption from Hwy 55 construction, central AC issue, phones in some rooms were apparently not working. The staff were able to offer another room and made several switches but not fix any issues. The breakfast bar is great but closes promptly. So all in all I felt this was an unwelcome stay.

Air conditioner didn’t work. Last time staying.
My stay was for 3 days 4 nights. The air conditioning was not functional so it was very warm in the hotel room. I was offered a plug in fan but only one. There weren’t any notices of when the air conditioning would be running again and it didn’t work at all. It was an unpleasant stay and I don’t think I’ll be coming back next time.
