This property nickel and dimes customers. Parking fees, penalties for not prepaying parking, service fees for paying parking on top of parking. Bottled water in the rooms high costs, Buffett breakfast high costs. What other economy hotels provide free this “luxury” hotel nickel and dimes there customers after paying for the hotel that’s one of the higher priced in the area.

This is a beautiful property. Unfortunately, my checking in experience was not so good. The gentleman that was on the desk was trying to handle too many issues at once with no support. He had to answer the phones, wait on a person looking for a plunger (toilets were backing up—which we also experienced during our stay), and trying to check new people in. He was frazzled to say the least. He hurriedly wrote our room number on the key card holder and I asked him what room we were in. He hastily replied the number is on the card. I caught 3 so we went up to the 3rd floor to discover the rest of the number was not legible, so I had to return to the front desk and get the room number. It was a very frustrating experience for a Hilton property. Another negative was there were no side tables on the outsides of the two beds. It was awkward having no place to put a book or a water bottle. Please also be aware that parking is $28 a day. There is no daily room cleaning, but the staff was willing to provide extra coffee, toilet paper, or other needed supplies. This Hilton property fell short of what I expect from Hilton.

Building was beautiful, staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was delicious. The room smelt like mildew, rust around the bottom of the tub and looked like black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Charge for parking, already paid a lot for the room.

The room smelled very musty. The HVAC didn't work - had to call for service to get it running. The pool and spa were covered with bugs, and there was no net available for us to remove them. Breakfast was VERY expensive - much cheaper to get at a local restaurant. It should be complementary given the price paid for the room. Parking was not free for guests - pretty petty. I was not impressed with the Hilton.
