Belle maison mais trĆØs chaude !
La maison est grande et bien agencĆ©e. L'accĆØs Ć  la plage est Ć  une vingtaine de minute Ć  pied et non pas 7-8 min. Il faut traverser la nationale sans passage piĆ©ton (trĆØs dangereux, prĆ©voir une voiture). La maison est dans un quartier calme et agrĆ©able. Le jardin permet de bon repas en extĆ©rieur. La climatisation est seulement dans une piĆØce de la maison et non toute la maison. En cas de forte chaleur (ce qui est quotidien dans cette rĆ©gion), il n'est pas possible de dormir dans les chambres qui sont situĆ©es Ć  l'opposĆ©e de la piĆØce climatisĆ©e. Nous avons dĆ» tous dormir dans la mĆŖme piĆØce (4 adultes et 1 enfant)... La propriĆ©taire nous a trĆØs gentiment fait comprendre dĆØs le deuxiĆØme jour, que nous devions faire attention Ć  la consommation Ć©lectrique de la climatisation sous peine de payer un supplĆ©ment tarifaire en fin de sĆ©jour (avec une photo du compteur Ć©lectrique prise par la propriĆ©taire pour constater de la consommation avant notre arrivĆ©e). Cela n'est pas mentionnĆ© sur l'annonce et dĆ» fait, nous avons eu trĆØs chaud durant tout le sĆ©jour. Nous avons trouvĆ© cela trĆØs regrettable de devoir faire attention,sans jouir pleinement de la maison et de ses 2 chambres.

Un havre de paix
Notre hĆ“tesse a accueilli mon fils et sa petite famille superbement bien. La maison est trĆØs agrĆ©able, spacieuse, super bien Ć©quipĆ©e . Le fait quā€™il y ait la Clim dans la piĆØce principale fut un confort quā€™on a grandement apprĆ©ciĆ© avec les deux petites ( 4ans et demi et 22 mois) tant la canicule sĆ©vissait. Nous avons aussi beaucoup profitĆ© de la terrasse arriĆØre de la maison oĆ¹ la vĆ©gĆ©tation apportait un peu de fraĆ®cheur. Aller Ć  la plage a pieds est aussi un atout de cette maison. Nous y avons passĆ© une trĆØs bonne semaine et remercions notre hĆ“tesse dā€™avoir Ć©tĆ© trĆØs souple dans nos horaires dā€™arrivĆ©e et surtout de dĆ©part. Une maison que je recommande. Mme Frelat et famille Simonetti.

Ideale Unterkunft auch fĆ¼r grĆ¶ĆŸere Familien
Eine ideale Unterkunft auch fĆ¼r grĆ¶ĆŸere Familien mit genug Platz und Terrassen fĆ¼r jede Tageszeit rund ums Haus. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen etwas Ƥlter, jedoch sehr gut gepflegt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Da das Haus auch privat genutzt wird hat es den Charme eines "zu Hauses" und ist kein "steriles" Ferienhaus irgendeiner Anlage. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Strand, ca. 500m fĆ¼hrt Ć¼ber NebenstraƟen und ist machbar, jedoch muss man die viel befahrene HauptverkehrsstraƟe Ć¼berqueren. DafĆ¼r ist der Strandabschnitt sehr schƶn, direkt mit Restaurants und Wassersportangeboten. Trotz der NƤhe zum Flughafen gibt es dadurch keine BeeintrƤchtigungen.
