Adagio B202 BEACHFRONT condo w/ FREE Beach Service!

Straight out of a magazine, Adagio B202 is a stunningly decorated, recently remodeled unit in the popular Adagio Complex in Blue Mountain Beach on Hwy 30A. With no detail left to spare, this unit is both extremely chic and comfortable. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the plush living room or from the expansive balcony that overlooks the complex's gulf-side infinity pool.
The Adagio complex consists of two pool areas, one gulf front infinity pool directly below the unit and one centrally located 8,000 sq foot cascading three-tiered expansive pool and hot tub. There is also an onsite fitness facility, one designated covered parking spot, and outdoor grills.

Upon entering the unit, guests will immediately notice the soothing neutral palette to begin their relaxing beach vacation. To the right is a king bedroom complete with bright pops of color and a flatscreen TV. A jack-and-jill bathroom that consists of a toilet and shower/tub combo connects the first king bedroom to a second king bedroom that also has a flat screen TV. To the left of the entry door is an additional bedroom that has two double beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, which is perfect for a kids room!
Following the bedrooms, the condo opens up to an open concept kitchen and living room that is spectacularly decorated with newly painted cabinets that brighten the space. The kitchen is complete with high-end Viking appliances, granite countertops, gas range and an under counter ice maker! The kitchen faces the dining area that seats six at the table, with four additional barstools. Then the dining area flows to a spacious living area, with a plush sofa, loveseat, and brand new 70"smart TV. The living room boasts spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and opens up to a large balcony with two dining tables that each seat 4, which are perfect for dining al fresco. The balcony also includes recliners for enjoying a good book while listening to the calming waves.
Adjacent to the living room is the grand master suite; complete with a stunning king bedroom set, flat screen TV, and expansive gulf views. The master bedroom leads to the deluxe ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower, double vanity, soaker tub and large walk-in closet. Guests will live the life of luxury and comfort in this stunning condo while relaxing on the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico.

So convenient
We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. The location of the condo is perfect and central to the pools and beach. The facility offers some helpful amenities (coin ice machine, small grocery shop, bike rental) and it was great to walk to near by stores and ice cream. We loved that there were two parking spots. Prepare to purchase or bring our own sand toys or boogie boards - or extra beach chairs (two and an umbrella included). There isn’t a place to donate or have them off to anyone else necessarily when you’re done.

The condo was big and spacious. However, the condo was not thoroughly cleaned. Specifically the floors throughout were filthy upon our arrival. Our little grandchildren’s feet and legs were dirty within a short time on the floor on the day we arrived. We mopped the floors of the condo our first night. Management needs to ensure cleanliness of condo for the guests.

Favorite Property Yet But...
I have stayed at at least 50-100 different places on the panhandle over the last 30 years and this unit and location was my favorite! Beautifully decorated and in great shape! However, I accidentally left a brand new electric razor in a drawer and contacted Solely Mgt within 2 hours of checking out. I had to keep following up and the told me the cleaning crew "found it and threw it away" which I find hard to believe as it was clearly working. Anyway, they said they would get in touch with me Monday. It is now Thursday and nothing. After spending over $5,000, you would think they would at least reimburse me for that

This place was great! Ocean view, upgraded interior, clean and beautifully decorated. I also loved that it was in walking distance to near by restaurants/bakery. Beach was super close but we actually spent more time at the pool because it was so nice. Very happy with everything!!

Nice Place for Family Vacation
The coast and water is spectacular (as long as there is no sea grass). Half way thought the week, we have had bad luck with lots of seagrass in the water and on the beach (not only there, all along the coast). Seagrass is not being removed to build up the beach. The 4 BR apartment was good for our purpose, clean and spacious for us 6. Nice beach, but crowded. Pools are very nice. Recommend property for families with kids.

We’ve rented up and down 30a and the Adagio is one we often come back to. Unit B202 was beautiful and well equipped with everything. The location is a smidge out of the high traffic area but still close to bike to shops and food. Perfect for families!
