The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the airport transfer was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the restaurant runs all night, which meant we could get a snack after arriving from the airport at one in the morning. The lack of good soundproofing in the rooms and the sliding door in the bathroom that doesn’t really close completely were the two points we found against the hotel.

This hotel does not provide all of the services it advertises. For 2 days there was no coffee in the lobby or for the espresso machine in the rooms. Then they ran out of bottled drinking water. Finally the hot breakfast trays were empty for about 45 minutes so no egg, bacon or vegetables. The shuttle service was also not available as it was overbooked.

I liked that it was busy and there was always staff 24/7. Even the restaurant was open 24/7. It was pretty well protected as well and the shuttle to the airport was free.

This is a modern, spacious, comfortable hotel a few minutes drive from the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, you need to call and book it. This was the nicest hotel we found in South America.

Two things happen one was I try to use safety deposit box I put my stuff and close it without using the code and safe Lock it self . Now they have no one to help me thanks god my flight was next day evening . So teachicsn came next day a 8 am after me going to counter 2 times . Than coffee maker don’t work they told me some one will call me but no one did

We felt very unsafe there and were warned repeatedly not to walk around, take the bus, etc. There were no places to dine other than the hotel and nothing really to do in the area.

Airport shuttle shame
I booked the hotel having an free airport shuttle bus. You are required to pre-register ahead the time of your arrival/pick-up. The bus runs once an hour, on the hour - BUT only if there is a customer coming or going. An example - my flight arrived at 1925 and was surprised by how quickly I exited the airport. Because I could catch the 2000hrs shuttle - it didn't turn up as I booked the 2100hrs... so a long wait!! When I finally arrived at the hotel I was told that if I had requested the 2000hrs pick-up and had been delayed or slow getting my baggage the shuttle bus would not have collected me at 2100hrs. No win situation for guests. There is no routine airport collection service.

On my arrival they give me the key of my room I had booked well in advance only to open the rooms door and find there was a couple sleeping!. Not only was a fright for me but for the people in the room. I didn’t feel safe and couldn’t sleep well that night. Before leaving the hotel I complaint about the pick up service and the room being occupied on arrival and they asked me not to say anything in this review.
