Loved the property and helpfulness of the staff. I did not like being charged 12usd for getting wine on a towel and being given a letter saying I misused it.

Value for money.
The hotel was located not too far from the main strip. Its a boutique hotel with 24 rooms only. The rooms had 2 beds ,big and well maintained. The sink was blocked and staff sorted it out promptly. The reception staff were friendly , cant say that about the lady in the dinning room , as she was not friendly and unhelpful. The guest did not feel comfortable with her as her demeanour was not good. Was disappointed with the hotel admin staff, as I was the Hotel.com silver member and the one who booked the hotel, but upgrade to a suite was given to both my guests. They did not have another room to upgrade me .I stayed in room 53 and by the end of 3 days I had bed bug bites all over my body. I have reported this to the reception and hope it will get sorted. It was a good elegant hotel.

Good value--good staff
Good location and great staff. Breakfast was kind of disappointing, and our room was VERY small. But still overall a good value.

Be careful they's free Airport shuttle service
The restaurant closed on Sunday. Also, the hotel.com write "free airport shuttle",but they only call the taxi driver free for costume, I have to pay full amount of the taxi fee myself to airport.

Nice location with a few areas to explore around the hotel on foot. The roof top restaurant is also a nice feature if you don’t feel like going out for dinner. Breakfast wasn’t great, not much selection and no de-caf coffee.

It is not a big hotel about 3 rooms in a floor but the room size is good. I can layout 2 check-bag luggage and 2 hand carry easily without issue. They have a roof top bar you can overlook part of city view while you have a cold drink. The front desk staff are very helpful and their English is good. However they have only one elevator which is small. Like me, we have two people and 4 pcs of luggage, that was it can take.

Friendly staff, nice room. Comfortable bed and great shower. However, being on the 7th floor it was noisy with the bar above. Also, smoke from the bar infiltrated my room which was most unpleasant. That was worse than the noise. The noise I tolerated, but the smoke was disgusting! I am not used to all this smoking, as it not allowed to smoke where food is being served in my country. I would open my window to try to air the room. Saturday night was the worst when the smoke smell was strongest. This hotel claims to be a non smoking hotel, but that was not my experience. The restaurant across the road does nice food; better than upstairs with the many smokers, smoking in a supposedly 'non-smoking hotel'. But it's likely a good money spinner for the hotel, as it was well patronised, so I don't imagine this will change. Just hope you don't get the seventh floor underneath.

Good central location for a visit in Santiago
I stayed one night (pre-cruise). I arrived very late and did not have time to enjoy all that hotel was offering. The room was comfortable and quiet but a bit small. The hotel organized a private transport from airport and I appreciated that. The location was very good. Many attractions/ activities close to it. Very central as well. Breakfast was simple and good. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a fabulous location! We walked a lot around it, and far away places were always easy to get by car. The room itself was beautiful, bed and pillows super comfortable. The shower and toiletries wonderful. Breakfast had limited options, but everything was delicious. I would definitely go back to this hotel on a future trip.

Following a 12-day cruise, my husband, brother-in-law, and his wife stayed at this hotel. We sought a place in the heart of the city, close to the airport, to explore before returning to the United States. The restaurant felt like dining in someone's home, offering fabulous food and service. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, featuring delicious danishes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit. Don’t forget to grab a bag of coconut cookies to your room. Upstairs, there is a rooftop dining area with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Don't miss the chance to enjoy a glass of Carmenera wine; the brand they offer is exceptional. We dined exclusively at the hotel as we didn't feel the need to venture out. The grape-scented lotion provided by the hotel was fantastic. The stain glass hanging noting a different wine on each floor is classy. The front desk staff was helpful and arranged transportation for us, which was reassuring given the government's notice of a high crime rate. Though we couldn't recall everyone's names, here are some of the individuals who made our stay fabulous: Andrea, Erica, Carina, Raul, and Rosa Elena.

We ended up having booked the suite, the largest room in the hotel. I was not even aware of that. The room was great, although extremely noisy at night. The AC didn’t work very well and the room was too warm. We open the windows which helped, but then the noise pollution was severe. The breakfast was adequate although if you didn’t get there by 8 to 815 they ran out of things and did not replace them. We met a couple who had just arrived from the airport. They had taken a cab and the driver charged two credit cards over $3000 each. It was quite stressful as you can imagine although in the end everything worked out. A Viking rep met our flight and took us to a place close y in the airport where it said official taxi and she made sure we got in one of those. The cost was $24 from the airport to this hotel and we gave him a three dollar tip. Be sure if you go to Santiago that you find out where the official taxis are located so that you don’t get scammed. Somewhere in Santiago, I was robbed of approximately $150. It probably did not take place in the hotel, but I don’t know for sure. Be very careful when you are there. I have no idea when or where the robbery took place. I just assumed that person needed it more than I did, which helped.
