Clean, convenient and family friendly!
Location is 10/10 close to a very nice big shopping centre and sky costanero. Very safe and convenient. Train station was just at our door step and we bought Bip card (you need cash to buy tickets) and took Line 1 Red to few attractions. Breakfast was very nice and had variety to please everyone. Only minor issue was that I booked a day trip one day and pick up time was 7 am ,thinking breakfast was at 6:30am as I asked few days before but it turned out to be at 7 am cause it was a Saturday so be mindful when booking your day trips. Tours start early in the morning and usually pick ups are different starting from 6:30 am.

For a 5 star hotel it was the worst Accor Hotel we stayed at. The location is unbeatable the executive suite rooms are really nicely designed but the service at the hotel is officially the worst. It’s inconsistent and not up to scratch of a 5 star hotel from reception, restaurant to cleaning staff. The whole hotel staff including the managers onsite all need to be retrained properly. They are really ruining the Pullman Accor brand. We stay at Accor hotels all the time so we know what to expect.

Nice modern spacious room with comfortable king bed. Complementary water bottle provided. Breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh fruits and hot and cold items. Room wasn't made up until late in the day, after 3pm on one day. Area around the hotel was safe.

When I pre-pay our stayed it said with breakfast but when I receive the confirmation the breakfast was not there, I called Expedia and they say it wasn't there so I have to cancel and rent again, but that would be much more expensive. I took a screen shot that proved I had breakfast and tried to speak with Expedia buy there said NO. when we arrive the hotel first they told us we didn't had breakfast and they double check it and they said we did have breakfast, but next morning starting to eat they came and told us we didn't have breakfast ... so I went to the front desk to check and there was the lady from the check in and I told them she said we did have breakfast included. So they let us have it that day but not the rest of the stay.ç So I don't know if it was Expedia's or the hotel's fault but I never got what I booked for.
