Lovely property in a nice area. Enjoyed the spa immensely and the gym also looked nice. Staff were great and helpful. Restaurant menu was great although a little limited (especially the room service). Small gripes would be that the bottled water at the restaurant is tiny and about $7. You can drink tap water in Santiago, so really they should offer that as an option and certainly they should deliver it with room service when you don’t order other drinks. Also they don’t give you many espresso pods 2x/day and one day we got none. Hot water boiler for tea on request not in rooms. Finally on the last day they mixed up our to go breakfast. We didn’t get the veg option we had requested. Otherwise great location, nice hotel, good restaurant and for the most part very very friendly staff. Would stay again!

Lovely stay!
We've certainly had a great time at The Singular. The room was comfortable, breakfast was great and the restaurant and rooftop bar staff were stellar! We left sure that we would go back to this hotel next time we're SCL. My only comment is for the front desk staff. Except for the girl (I forgot her name) who was very sweet, the male staff looked to always be in a bad mood or simply not wanting to be there at all. At check out, we ever received an eyeroll after asking one simple question. Other than that, only good comments about the hotel.

Superb hotel in Santiago
We had a lovely stay at the Singular. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given the most delicious chocolate/caramel treat upon arrival & the staff also provided us with towels so that we could shower and freshen up in the spa as our room wasn’t ready (not the hotels fault, we arrived long before check in) and we’d just arrived after a long flight! The room was very clean and luxurious, much nicer than the photos, as was the bathroom. Really good quality breakfast. Super location as well. I’d highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Santiago, no negatives at all in our experience.
