A very nice place to stay, close to a metro station (Nakajima Park) and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable & clean.

This hotel is a much better choice outside of winter time. The ice was more than two inches thick and it surrounded the hotel, which made walking really unsafe. We had some communication problems with some of the staffs with English. The room is spacious for two with two large suitcases. Overall the facility was clean. Parking was free for us. There was quite some walking to the center of Sapporo and to the nearest station.

Good and fast service. The manager, Ms. Y. Hasesaka is so kind. Parking is on site very comfortable.

Quiet room and easy access location to famous tourist main street. Room size is bigger than usual japanese hotels.
