Excellent location and wonderful service. Hotel is connected to the underground subway and shopping arcades. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast buffet at several restaurants onsite. We have returned to this hotel again and again because of everything it offers.

Incredibly high quality hotel with excellent rooms, considerate staff, and excellent location to several hot spots in Sapporo. Staff regularly greet all guests and take luggage to room upon check in. Nice restaurant built into the hotel. Elevator into underground walkway leading to Sapporo and Odori Station and a 5 minute walk to Odori Park. Rapid turnaround time when using the laundry service. If ever in Sapporo again I will be using this hotel.

The hotel was great except there were no BBC or CNN. The bathroom is well equipped but on the small side.

Walking distance to Sapporo Station via an underground walkway. Walking distance to many tourist attraction. Can take subway to further places, like the chocolate museum and the beer museum.

I booked an extra night at the end and went off for a day trip. They transferred all my bags to the new room without my asking and when I returned simply handed me my new key card without making me wait in line. Really nice and special.

Great hotel option
Great location near downtown Sapporo and the station. Friendly staff, great breakfast option you could choose between 2 different buffets and a traditional Japanese. Clean and eco-friendly, you could choose not to have your room clean if didn’t need to.
