First of all, I tried to get my husband a ground floor room because he has A bad time climbing stairs while they told me there was an elevator so that worked out until the elevator wasn't working. I believe it was the second night the freezer stopped working and all his food defrosted as well as the bag of ice hotel doesn't have ice machine? Also, they tried to charge him for Wi-Fi, so they finally switched out the refrigerator and they finally fixed the elevator, but they never apologized. They never offered to compensate for his food that he lost or even bought him. A bag of ice room would be so tired. He didn't need this aggravation. needless to say I doubt I would ever book this hotel again

The price was good, the staff was friend, facility was clean. Kitchenette had nothing to cook with and is useless unless you bring your own cook wear or pay extra for a very minimal cooking set front the front desk. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The place is very nice and clean. It's very quiet and safe. But I wasn't aware that this is actually an extended stay hotel, so we had to go out and buy a lot of toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, none of that is available. If you want extra linen, pillows or towels you have to pay and they only do housekeeping every two weeks. There is no one at the front desk after 11pm. Just to be aware. Also, there was NO hot water. I initially expressed this concern to the front desk and they said they'd call me back and they never did. once I called back they said there was nothing they could do about it. I tried taking a cold water but that was so unpleasant and uncomfortable that I called again and they offered to switch rooms but alas, no hot water in the next room either. I had no choice but to shower with freezing cold water and the bathroom light turned off in the middle of my suffering so I also got a little scared in the middle of this little travesty.
