"3 days in the Executive Suite on the top floor ! Happy with the spacious room and bathrooms… All fine ! Staff were very polite and helpful… Excellent team ! Breakfast wasn’t great… suggest you go out and explore the lovely food in Kuching ! Hence, we didn’t get a chance to visit the Executive Lounge ..."

"Their service stood out. Always ready to assist and accomodate. Housekeeping needs to do beater. Daily room cleaning is inconsistent. Towels were a hit and missed. On some days the room was immaculately cleaned and tidied up while on other days it looked like a rushed job."
