The parking is an absolute disaster. I was directed to a secondary site where I was locked in an area because the snow was not removed. It took me a half hr to push the door open and literally move 3 feet of snow. I also had parking tickets every day that I had to turn in each day. Then I went to leave for an early flight and I couldn’t get in the parking area with a code through a separate door. I went back and forth with the hotel desk and additional 4 times. The folks at the desk looked at me as if I should know their parking process. It was -35 I will not stay here again it was that bad.
