Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot. Convenient to River Street and other tourist areas. Bridget at the front desk in evening shift was just wonderful. Pleasant all of the time we interacted with her. I accidentally locked myself out- she fixed that quickly for me. Check in and check out we’re good.

Good Experience
Liked the location. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Parking is limited. After getting parked, we chose to walk or use a shuttle the duration of our stay. The concierge, Mary, did an awesome job lining up experiences and answering questions to help us get the most out of out time in Savannah. Thanks Mary!!

Getting the parking spot on the main lot (in front of the hotel entrance) can be challenging (the additional lot is not that far but did not look that secure to me and secure parking was the reason I picked this place). The cafeteria stuff did not seem that friendly (seeing you are looking for help and have some questions they just pass by you looking the other way) and the cafeteria opened 15 mins late (not a big deal but I wanted to grab something and hit the road as early as possible). But aside from this, a nice place in a great location, clean and not that pricey.

Check out was not nice. Would not accommodate running credit card again. Not told about parking fee added to our bill. Clerk at checkout was not nice but not twice when you asked her to do it again she wouldn't do it she told you you had to use a different one I'm going to leave it

Not that great overall. We had much better expectations based on the reviews and the photos. Condition of the room was not great. Room was very dark. Both sink and a bathtub did not drain properly. Toilet base was a mess. Breakfast was below average. Staff was not that interested in helping guests except for the concierge that was excellent.

I love the convenience of the location and the room was clean and decent, but must notify office if you want your room clean was I shock no room service. My stay overall was pleasant and staff was friendly, and breakfast good.

I enjoyed my stay at the -Best- Western. The rooms were clean, and the location was magnificent. Easily walkable to River Street, City Market and the Shops on Broughton. The conciegre was magnificent and got us tickets for the trolley tour, the river boat, and some museums, and provided valuable insight, tips and tricks! If you plan on seeing Savannah, the Best Western is a fantastic place to rest your head and save a few dollars.

Beds were conformable, room was extremely clean. Breakfast was convenient and good. Unfortunately the didn’t tell mecat check-in that no housekeeping was provided during my 3 day stay. They also double charged my credit card. They said they would reverse the extra charges but im still waiting.
