Upon arrival we was checked in giving our key cards we made our way to our room and keys didn't work had to go back to front desk where the attendant re-did the keys that still didn't work then said she would confirm our reservation witch they had wrong we had to wait 45 mins for them to figure it out and for the inconvenience they insulted us by giving us little bags of popcorn for our troubles when I expressed my how it's been a long day we our heading back home from my daughters make a wish for she is battling cancer the attendant said (well my day has been long to now your making me get my steps in) sure it's not the same.
