The whole places smells like its masking cig smoke
The first room we were checked in to smelled so perfumy and heavily frangranced that it gave my husband and I a headache and started giving us a sore throat. It smelled like a grandma who smoked lived in that room and you tried to mask the smoke smell with her perfume. We finally got moved to a different room and it just smelled very strongly of wood polish, which was an upgrade but still not ideal. The beds felt very old and worn down or maybe just very cheap. Will not be staying here again, dispite the sign out front that said the rooms had been newly renovated. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful but they told us they were helping out from the hotel next door. But I'm so happy they were there because she said the normal lady would be mad that she moved us to a new room.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The area around the hotel was a bit run down. If your room is facing the highway you can hear the trucks all night; however, that is on me because itā€™s to be expected if you stay right off the highway. The only reason I knocked the hotel down to a 3 from a 4 star is because the bed was very uncomfortable.
