I've stayed here many times when visiting family, usually at the holidays. The staff are always extremely friendly, rooms are clean and neat. It's a great place to stay.

What a pathetic Hilton. I think as Hilton owned properties that are decades old, they continue to use their brand and fool people. Even MOTEL 6 would not lend their name to this property with the condition that it is. PLEASE AVOID THIS FILTHY PROPERTY

$15 parking per day is a little ridiculous. There’s nowhere else to park so if you have a car, you have no other choice but to pay it. I didn’t know about it prior to our arrival so it was a surprise to me. We were only there one night so it wasn’t a huge price difference. If you’re staying there for a longer period of time, keep the cost in mind. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Angela once again provided service above and beyond expectations. This woman could teach a masterclass in what it takes to delight and amaze travellers. Hilton take note of this young woman’s skillset. I believe you have an in house trainer. You would be wise to leverage Angela’s empathetic approach to welcoming and assisting guests.

My wife checked into the hotel on our behalf and mentioned that a woman with glasses at the front desk, spoke to her quite rudely and charged us twice for incidentals, which was inconvenient financially since there were two holds and not something I’ve seen at any other hotel. Additionally, while the majority of the room was clean. The bathroom had two used wash cloths left at the top of the shower curtain which was quite off-putting. Otherwise, check out was simple and the other staff were great!

I stayed here with my daughter to go visit University of Scranton. It was 3 minutes away and it offered breakfast fro a minimal fee which was great to have. Hotel is older but very well kept and clean pool on 1st floor as well as Gym. Parking was tricky for an additional 15.00 a night not on site but next door. I parked on the street for free. I highly recommend it you stay here if you need a clean comfortable safe place to stay.
