Room was great, looooved that there was no carpet in the room, beds were comfortable. Hotel was within walking distance to everything, but we were tired and drove the few blocks to the restaurant. Could tell it was an old hotel that was updated, our floor in the room was a little uneven to walk on. Oh and the shower gets cold very fast!!! I wasn't even in it 3 minutes before it went straight cold on me, then warmed up slightly for a minute, then went cold again all within about 7 minutes. My friend said she showered with it fully on hot water to try to avoid that and it didn’t get as cold as fast.

First off the bed was horrible, not sure what trash can they picked it off of, but it was not comfortable at all! There’s mold in the bathroom walls, everything squeaks. No breakfast. Bad.

Cute Seaside Escape
Cute little spot near restaurants and the beach. The walk to the beach was a little farther than it looked on the webpage because you have to cross a river, but still close.

Foul language from cleaning staff when we got there. They didn’t think we know Spanish. No A/C, it was hot and muggy in the room all day and night. Drawers were dirty and the room just looked dead with lack of decors

Checked in to the background noise of a Trump speech playing. Doesn’t bother me but did find that to be an odd welcoming sound. The lady at the front desk was not so pleasant to the people checking in before me, but was kind to me. The room I had was of good size. Good size refrigerator and jetted tub. Did not have any issues filling tub with hot water like some others have had. The bed and pillows were quite firm. The room should have been cleaner though and general upkeep of maintenance in the room was obviously lacking. If you drive a large lifted truck, parking may be somewhat difficult at the building my room was located. It’s a very tight lot. I’m indifferent on recommending it. If it fits your budget then go for it.

I have come to love OYO! This stay was no exception. The room we had was meant for a family it had two rooms and a king size bed downstairs and 1 1/2 bathroom with a full kitchen. The room deco was bright but minimal. My only recommendations would be to add a sheet pan to the items available in the kitchen. We should have made sure there was one before we bought food but other than that we will stay again!

This property was just what we needed, a clean and quiet place. This is far enough off the main stretch of seaside that it is quite but is easy to walk to the beach and shops. Nice balcony that looked over the river.
