I recommend this hotel to anyone! I was on a budget so I was expecting much from this place but the service here was amazing! We only stayed a night but after check out they gave us a granola bar for the road haha like I said I wasnā€™t expecting a whole lot for the location and price but the people here work hard and love their customers would come back:)

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Happy to see there were cameras covering the building exteriors and parking lot monitored by the front desk clerk. The price was reasonable and the room was well maintained and the mattress was very comfortable. The only issue and it is important, was the poor quality internet signal. We had to switch to data. Not a make or break issue. We will stay there again.

Columbus Motor Inn was exactly what I was looking for. While other hotel rooms in the area cost $200-$300, I stayed at CMI for less than $100. Prostitutes worked the sidewalks a block away, but the parking area was very well lit. The room itself was old and tired but comfortable. Everything worked and I never felt unsafe. The guy at the front desk gave me accurate and helpful advice about local transportation. I would definitely stay here again.
