Check-in and checkout were excellent. In particular the checkout clerk was very helpful when we couldnā€™t find our Uber driver. Our room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a lot of street noise, even at the 10th floor. The hotel was vey convenient for shopping and we were able to walk to all the major attractions that we wanted to see.

There is no food except for breakfast. And, there is not even a snack machine. For someone traveling alone, it is highly inconvenient to not have access to food in the hotel.
