We booked a king size bed months in advance only to be told when we were checking in that they only had queen doubles as they had a wedding going on. Staff were unprofessional and slow checking folks in. At the breakfast there was NO meat products at all at 9.30am because they ran out.

We came into town to see a concert at the. ChĆ¢teau St Michelle winery. The Country Inn and suites were really convenient to the venue . The staff was really friendly and helpful also. The room was really comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again šŸ˜Š

We look forward to our stay every year. Heather always greets us warmly and goes out of her way to make us feel welcomed. This hotel is updated and clean. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable.

Stains on floor and bed linens. Sink had large crack. Tub was slow to drain. The people in front of me and behind me got parking fees waived for a race that I was also there for but I was charged and I felt judged for being a woman Like I canā€™t possibly be racing too.

Donā€™t believe Expedia. They lie about pretty much everything. I want to start by saying the staff we experienced were awesome. They were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. P This hotelā€™s ratings made it seem like it would be a great stay. Our room was absolutely disgusting. Strong smell of chemicals. Stains everywhere on the floors. Pretty sure there was mouse poop on the window sill (decided we would stay away from that). If not there were plenty of dead bugs. Expedia will not refund experiences like this. The hotel would have but Expedia decided they wouldnā€™t and acted like it was the hotel that wouldnā€™t.

The area was lovely and quiet even though itā€™s really close to the highway (convenient). There are a few nicer restaurants in the area within a 5-10 minute drive. My only concern was that it was hard to see from the road. The hotel is tucked behind a gas station and a small strip mall. There is a small sign but we drove right past. I pulled into a side road and then a parking lot to figure out where we were and there was the hotel. A larger sign might be helpful.

We stayed in room #100. The room has a musty smell. The shower was extremely slippery and no grab bar. I only had one foot in and it slipped so I put the floor towel into the tub and was ok but you should probably do something about it. The staff was very nice and made the stay very nice.
