The refrigerator in the room was not very efficient and barely kept anything cold. Would recommend reminding the staff if the equipment in your room isn’t functioning.

I think Expedia rooms are designated to the back forty…about 3/4 of a mile from the lobby. The agent wouldn’t let me get Hilton honors because I booked through Expedia and the heater had a constant knocking noise so I had to turn it off to sleep and woke up freezing. This hotel could be so much better but it’s just okay.

Beware there is a $33 parking fee. I missed that and was disappointed when checking in especially since all the other hotels I looked at were free parking. It soured everything about the stay. I do feel safe and the room is big and the staff tried to accommodate me but these days big corps don't give employees much say. Over all it took the fun out of staying here... thus I won't return. Worth trying another hotel with free parking. If I had saw there was this fee I won't have chosen to stay here. My mistake. Hope comments help you enjoy their cookies and all they have to offer.
