Rude front desk staff
The front desk staff were condescending when I told them one of my two keys were not working. Instead of fixing the key, they treated me like I didn’t know how to use the key or understand simple instructions for the elevator.

THIS IS LITERALLY AN OVERPRICED MOTEL. Dingy, wallpaper in the bathroom falling off, the bathrooms need a major update. It honestly feels like the rooms need to get inspected to see if you find hidden cameras inside the rooms. Something about it feels so sleezy and unsafe. The only good thing about it was the proximity to Pike Market.

We just spent 4 night at this hotel. Our only real complaint is our room was starting to look very worn. Chipped furniture, baseboards black marks all around the room. The bed apholstery was flaking off onto the floor. We enjoyed to location, it was very quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
