No shuttle and feels unsafe
While the front desk people were wonderful, the hotel itself is not. It does NOT provide an airport shuttle. It feels unsafe and worn out. The bathroom light didnā€™t work. And then just before I went to sleep, the smoke detector started beeping loudly as if out of battery. Like I said, front desk people were great, but Iā€™ve stayed at much better Seatac hotels at the same price point that provide a shuttle and feel much safer.

Never again...Terrible
Reserved and paid for a double bed, non-smoking room. Upon check in, was informed we had a smoking room. Asked to be moved and were given a SINGLE bed room. Returned to the office, informed of the mistake, counter clerk seemed put off to correct the situation. Finally got a suitable room, but then was charged a parking fee not listed when booking, additionally, had stayed at the same location 8 days earlier, and was NOT charged to park. Clerk would not offer an explanation. Having no other choice, paid the fee. I feel property owes me not only a refund, but explanation and apology as well.

We just wanted a place to stay before catching an early flight the next morning. They gave us a room around back and I was worried as there were a number of shady characters back there both when we checked in and when we went out to dinner. A couple of them turns out had the room next door. They were in and out and up all night. Even 3:30 the next morning as we were getting ready to head out. We had parked out front as there were none in the back and turns out people were up and moving around all over the hotel. Seemed kind of shady to me. I donā€™t know if thatā€™s normal for them or not. In our room on arrival the tv remote didnā€™t work. I turned the tv on manually but guess what, no signal. I looked in the back of the tv and could see the cable wasnā€™t even connected, unfortunately they fasten the tv to the wall so it canā€™t be pulled out. Called the office, they sent a guy. Had to fix the tv, then take the remote and come back with one that worked. Hotel seemed clean and well kept and was otherwise fine. Not sure how I get a room with all those tv issues.

For the price, the only decent thing was the bed. It was hard to moderate the temperature in the room, no extra blankets, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. It was cleanish, but very run down. I would pay an extra $30-40 next time and get a nicer place. It was conveniently located near the airport.
