I stay regularly at the Red Lion, normally I am down on the end away from the highway. This stay I was on the end by the highway and train. The sounds kept me awake all night. I will be requesting to stay at the other end from now on. Otherwise I love the Red Lion.

Itā€™s a good place if youā€™re looking for a nightā€™s sleep. Beds are comfortable. I gave two stars for cleanliness because my buddy and I saw a long strand of hair on the bathroom faucet. That shows the standard of cleaning.

The first room we were given was very musty/dusty, the bathtub was not draining but worst of all the room had bugs the bit my granddaughter, she woke up with several bite marks. We also did not sleep well the first night due to the bugs and consistent itchiness. The gentleman at the desk the next morning was very understanding and accomodated us with a different room. We had scheduled a 5 day stay that included breakfast, but the hours of service were confuding and even when we showed up half hour before closing there were very few options as they had run out of items. The hotel did not reflect what I have known to be their reputation.

Comfortable inexpensive hotel
The Red Lion Bellevue hotel had a comfortable bed and room. My room came with a refrigerator and microwave which were used often. The hotel is older, so some items need to be updated, like the popcorn ceiling and a rough edge where the carpet met the bathoom tile. However, the stuff was professional and helpful and the charge for the room was inexpensive. The free breakfast is very small but adequate.
