The hotel was very nice and newly remodeled. Rooms were a decent size, I was pleasantly surprised. There isn’t anyone there from what seems to be the last check in until morning, but when I called for more towels they brought them within 15 minutes. Fun play space outside for kids. Only complaint is that at 2am the group upstairs was awake and I could hear them moving around, rolling suitcases and talking. Otherwise, no complaints and hotel exceeded our expectations!

Reserved a multiple beds in expedia but ended up with 1 bed and a sofabed that is very uncomfortable and ended up with terrible back pain. There's no trash can nor paper towel in the room. No beddings either and have to request to a single person in the property. We requested to be moved to a multiple neds but the attendant in the front lobby said that they are fully booked but there's barely people checked in that day. No AC unit in the bedroom only in the living room. Paid for multiple beds and tried disputing it to expedia but they cannot get hold of anybody in for office. I'm not sure on how this property will handle this but we are not a happy customer for the price we paid. We've been requesting for even a partial refund our stay. We could have go to other hotels that has better amenities and comfortable beds.

Think newly renovated motel. Overall a good stay. Really spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and new outdoor lounge area. Here are a few things they could have improved on: 1. Bathroom - The tub was old and the shower fixtures were wobbly. The water pressure was terrible and the shower curtain was flimsy. The soap dispensers were not labelled. There were a few tiny bottles of soaps to use too - all from different brands?? 2. Kitchen - If you provide a kitchen, why is there no dish rack? The room was for 5 people - there's just 1 set of 4 dishes. Coffee station is 3 k-cups, no tea, no kettle. There was a used sponge for us to use. 3. Living room - The blanket throws were terribly poor quality. It disintegrated as we used it. We were covered in lint. I think they were brand new but awful. 4. Cleanliness. This was not bad. When we checked in, they had literally just wiped the toilet seat so it was still wet. The garbage under the sink from the previous guest was still there. There was still a k-cup in the machine. 5. I think this is the most important issue: we booked a room with 1 king bed room, 1 queen bed room, and 1 double sofa bed. We got 2 queen beds and just a sofa. We didn't realize this as we got into the beds late at night. Didn't seem worth it to bring up. Pros: 1. Has a basic gym. 2. Very cute outdoor seating area with turf. 3. AC in the living room is surprisingly enough for the space. 4. Park right in front of room. 5. Friendly staff. 6. Convenient location.

This place is a sketchy. Whoever owns this apartelle is like running a 2nd hand car shop who repainted damaged or broken cars but failed to fix the broken engine. At first glance, you will think its new and fine but when you enter the room, everything is falling apart and poorly repaired. This place doesn’t care about their guest’s safety and privacy. There are open construction pot holes, missin fire extinguishers, and felthywater. The water is not safe!!! You can get tetanus, because it’s full of rust. No hot water. Their internet is as slow as snail. You cant even open the TV channels with it. The room smells like molds and dog poop. The construction crew can easily see through the glass door and our window. Cheap curtains No safe in the room. No front desk to assist you for 24 hours. We spoke with the manager, she was very nice and apologetic, we think she knows what we’re complaining about. she offered to give us a free night to make up but we decided to leave after few hours. We were not at peace in sleeping on those rough and dirty linens. You can tell that this place are full of exhausted, overworked and unhappy employees. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. no adequate lights in the evening. There was a clear drug and prostitution dealing happening in the parking lot. This place is not safe and friendly for a family with kids. I overheard hotel staff scolding one of the kids in the kids playground while playing. This is an apartment not a hotel.

Advertised amenities are either non-existent or unavailable for use. Also there are ANTS trailing inside the room, meaning the living area is not sealed properly. I notified a manager repeatedly and all they do is keep quiet. Staff service indicates that perhaps they have not received the basic training needed to do their jobs. Housekeeping staff is unprofessional (walked in while wife was in shower) and most cannot speak English so we are unable to communicate basic ideas to them. -The dining table is held up by a wide column so to sit at the table, your legs get jammed up against your chair. Easy to strike your knee against the column. We are only staying here because our home flooded. If we had a choice, we'd stay somewhere else. This place has potential, but I don't know if these people know what the heck they are doing.

The property was under construction, but it didn't affect my stay. They don't have anyone at the front desk until 9am, and you have to text a number for questions. The room was very big and comfortable.
