Check in was a breeze, and the concierge gave us some cool places to eat and go stargazing. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was also VERY well stocked in the kitchen. They even had a blender and electric cam opener. We didnt use any of it, since we were only there for one night, but I think its great for longer stays! Overall it was a great stay, and will book here again next time we go to Sedona.

Very nice property and nice unit that we used. Had everything we needed. Pool and hot tubs with changing areas were nice. Have to drive everywhere though but because of this pretty quiet. Cornville Road can be a little loud during rush hour.

Had bath towels, one kitchen dish towel, utensils, dishes, pots Furniture dated, not comfortable. Thin walls. Bathroom floor vibrates when people below use fans. Can hear neighbors, also when they use Air conditioner, heat, fansā€¦.real noisy. Rooms in the 20o E building adjacent to busy Road. Definitely not soundproof though

"When booking this hotel, keep in mind that room locations vary significantly, and it's not guaranteed you'll get a particular view or floor. Many rooms face the parking lot, which wasnā€™t ideal for meā€”especially on the ground floor, where thereā€™s limited privacy, no patio or balcony, and potential exposure to gas fumes (if the windows could be opened-which because of location I did not). I had requested a higher floor with a view of the mountains, golf course, or pool, but unfortunately, that wasnā€™t honored. On a positive note, the room itself was comfortable, spacious, with good bedding, and a nice shower. The decor could use some updates, but it wasnā€™t a deal-breaker. The pool, hot tub, and staff were all very pleasant. Overall, Iā€™d suggest confirming your room location if the view is important to you."

They went out of their way to accommodate us at check-in The location is perfect to explore the area, much better than Sedona. There was huge value for the money. We would high recommend staying here

Location was great and space was nice but we got bait and switch at check-in that was super irritating. We were directed to ā€œconciergeā€ for welcome gift. Sweet older lady offered help booking tours for discount then said all we had to do was listen to 90min presentation about the resort. Promised it wasnā€™t a hard sell arrangement. Turned out to be a timeshare and they told us we had to commit to 4 hours when we showed up; that there was no way it was going to be 90min so we were misinformed. We had a non- refundable event scheduled that prohibited us from staying for more than 90min so we left but they did not refund the $ we had paid for the tour (despite promising to do so). Blisteringly angry.
