the room itself gives a more motel feeling than a hotel. Breakfast options are really, really small. Felt very overpriced for what it had to offer. The staff is extremely sweet and very helpful and the places kept clean. For us, it was a very good location since it was only 20 minutes away from Sedona and we also got to see other towns around Cottonwood. If it was priced lower than it's a very good budget hotel (motel) to stay at

Not bad for a one night family trip. It is an older hotel, but they maintain it pretty good. For breakfast, it is too bad the pancakes is out of order. The coffee machine, juice machine and eggs sausages are too close. They might want to separate them to avoid traffic. We were not too happy about service fees being charged on the bill without notice. Giving the fact that we already put tips in the room.

Rooms & bathroom are clean. Appliances are dated. Didn’t bother using the coffeemaker since they’re old and wasn’t sure if they’re even clean. The food warmers broke on our 2nd day so they didn’t serve eggs & only brought some links out when one customer asked. Don’t they have spare or backup warmers?? They can easily get those from restaurant depot and they should have a spare. Or they could have brought out eggs per family too. To me, it felt like they were intentionally not going to serve eggs & links. If they really wanted to serve, they still could have.

Pleasant surprise!
Rooms were outstanding. They were large, well-furnished, modern, and very clean. There were great amenities like an adult hot tub open late, free washers, kitchen fully furnished. Will definitely take advantage again when we’re staying longer!
