Perfect place away from busy places and yet close to everything too! Nice quiet place and nice eating area for free morning breakfast too! Grounds were nice and clean and all staff were really friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking and also has a very nice restaurant right on the property

Great rooms at a great price and location. Note though that I was there in the heat of summer (July). Clean, well maintained, nice size room, nice pool and hot tub. Office personal where very helpful when checking us in, and provided lots of information about the area, including places to visit and placed to eat. The BV Restaurant at the same location as the hotel was wonderful. Free breakfast buffet at the hotel included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, coffee, tea, and other selections. Plan to return to this hotel and restaurant when I am back in Cottonwood.

The room was large, clean and comfy, with a large mini-fridge and microwave. A/C easy to regulate. Really nice pool. I think they should work on improving the quality of breakfast items. Also didn't like that when I caught a glimpse of the mattress, that there were a lot of dark stains. Housekeeping was very thorough. Generally, I give this property a very good price/quality rating.

Property was a mess room smelled horrible,they had to move us and the other room was no better.Coyldn't sleep all night had to leave early in the am just to get out of the horrible smelling room!
