All was great excpt the matteresses were aweful. I am sorry but all 3 of us complained about not being able to sleep because of the mattresses. Other than that everything was great.

Two good things was that the towels were clean and white though small and thin. The other good thing was the weekend night shift desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Our room had no bath towels but she brought them to us and she offered to help carry our luggage upstairs. There is no elevator and it’s a 2 story hotel. The hotel is old and tired. It needs to be renovated desperately. The hallway upstairs had a bad odor the whole time we were there. It didn’t appear that the carpet in the hallway was ever vacuumed. The bed was hard. The wing chair in the room was stained and gross. We went to breakfast one day out of 3. It wasn’t appealing at all. I needed hot water for my tea. Airpots don’t keep water hot enough for tea to properly steep. I asked the attendant if I could have hot water directly from the coffee machine. She said no then told the manager who had come in what I asked for. The manager says we don’t have that. I saw it in the kitchen area. They did have the red hot water tap on the coffee machine but she apparently didn’t understand or didn’t want to accommodate me. We won’t stay here again.

Nothing fancy, but a great place to stay for a couple of nights while in town for GWU activities. This was the 2nd time staying and we have found the staff to be friendly and accommodating each time. Breakfast is simple, but several different options. Facilities are clean and welcoming.

OK for a quick overnight
Older property in dire need of a complete refit. The beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. Plumbing in the showers was sloooow. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again for a quick overnight but not for more than that. Hopefully a refit is coming soon. The town of Boiling Springs is quaint and this motel is much needed.

Comfortable, friendly, simple hotel.
Positive: Kimberly, at the front desk, was super helpful and accommodating. The pool and hottub were delightful. The bed was quite comfy, the room was quiet, the shower was hot and strong. Less good: I know that housekeeping is in turn over. The first full day, the bed was made and the towels changed (oops), but the toilet was not cleaned, nor the floor. The next day, the bed was sort of made, the spare blanket and my own pillow and nightgown left sort of haphazard- but the bathroom was sparkling clean... The last full day, I'm not sure if the room was cleaned. Possibly the bathroom, but the bed was not made. Cleanliness: the basics were covered, but no one looks *under* the microwave... Or behind the fridge... Would I stay there again? Yes.
