Boutique hotels in Shinjuku

I like the location because the immediate few blocks were fairly quiet but you were a 7 minute walk to the center of Shinjuku, the train station, shopping, nightlife, etc. Only "oddity", and I suspect this is true across most Japan hotels, was there were no "common areas" to congregate. So nowhere to go in the lobby areas and have a coffee, a snack or do some work. No tables or chairs. But overall, was very happy with the hotel.

Beautiful hotel clean and friendly staff. Very near the Center, lots of restaurants and shopping area.

The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station and being near the Kabukicho area, there is abundance of food and shopping. You can also easily walk to the biggest Isetan store, Disney flagship store, money changers, etc. The hotel rooms are on the compact side with limited storage space for your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Perfect for people travelling in pairs. Fortunately for us, we booked 3 rooms for a family of 5.
