The front staff lady was rude and wasn’t helpful. We were here Christmas Eve night so there were few restaurants open. The one open Smokey joes cafe was ok food and waitress was nice but the hostess was so ugly to us and rude. We almost left before being seated because she was acting like we weren’t welcome there at the restaurant even though you could count on two hands the people in the restaurant. The room was decent enough for price but cabinet was broke and floor was dirty in bathroom. There was a dirty towel outside our room door when we got there. We won’t be back

Parking was well lit, easy excess to hotel reservation desk. Workers at desk were helpful and friendly, the worker at the sandwich shop super friendly. Inside the casino could not win tables super tight machines super tight. Would not even let me win a little to play a little while. Ended up going across the river and play. The room was nice and clean with a view of the river. At Check out the desk was friendly with a smile.

The property is very easy to get in and out of . The staff is some of the friendliest I’ve been around in a very long time. Extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome! We are already discussing our next stay! I’d definitely recommend this place for a get away
