The room was huge , the girl checking us in asked what floor we wanted , I told her it didn’t matter , we were just going to chill for the night grab a bite and relax .She put us in a river view room which was very large and comfortable. We would highly recommend this casino to stay at . Everyone we encountered was so friendly.

Check-in was quick, Natalie was great, very friendly and professional We've visted the property for many years, and the overall condition has definitely declined, the carpet and furniture in the room is disgusting..the food is mediocre at best, unlike most casino food options The bed and pillows comfy.. Several shady people hanging around the property asked me for money WHILE I'm playing the slots..🙄.

I stayed 2 nights. I booked the first night at a “discounted” rate, plus misc fees. The first night I was put on the 19th floor, with a constantly running toilet and no heat. I called the front desk, a total of 4 times. Maintenance came the first time while I was downstairs trying to find anything I could to eat. (Cold deli sandwich) as they don’t offer roomservive. The maintenance person unplugged my charger, turned on a football game and turned the tv up, but still no heat when I returned. I called back down and asked that someone please fix my heat. About 2 hrs later another person came, and “fixed it” Apparently the problem was that I had the fan on too high, and the heat would only work if I kept it on low. Unfortunately it continued to blow cold. However the guy did say if ai needed anything else, to call the next shift, they’d be there in an hr. Giving up, at 1130 I called down to see if there was a blow dryer just to warm me up under the blankets to fall asleep. I was told to use the one in my room. (Which is screwed to the wall) My final call at 1205, the front desk suggested I just get under the blankets, or gave me the options to come down from the 19th floor, and get some extra blankets. To which I declined. I checked out the next AM There was a change in plans, requiring me to stay again. I through Expedia, paying almost half No heat in this room. I bundled up, and didn’t bother calling

I work in Louisiana, so I stay here for 3 weeks at a time. They are very hospitable, respectful, and attentive. The sleep I get after work is some of the best sleep I get without a doubt. When I do have some down time…they have a great selection of things to do like slots, playbook, and live music.

Rooms were clean & had wonderful large tub in the bathroom! Enjoyed a specialty coffee downstairs but we didn't eat at any of the restaurants as went out & about to eat. Would definitely stay there again.
