The tv and internet were not working. Staff tried to reset but it did not correct the issue. The breakfast was less than satisfactory....no coffee and no hot breakfast except a waffle maker.

Going downhill, and fast.
Since Wyndham purchase La Quinta, several years ago, it seems they have done nothing to keep these properties maintained. Every time we stay these La Quinta properties look worse and worse. Tube didnā€™t hold water, shower was broken, sink faucet leaked, flooring was coming up, etc. Quality goes down and price for a room goes up. Also, worst breakfast in the industry since Wyndham.

This hotel need remodel bcz everything fell apart. Bed sheets had several holes. Disappeared doorknow from closet dr. Many more! I suggest u to send FDA to inspect this hotel.

We had some car issues so this was just a one night stay. The Hotel was just average. Itā€™s an older hotel. We did have to change rooms because the first one was very old smelling. it overwhelmed you when you walk in. There was no problem in changing rooms and the other one was much better. I would stay there again, but I will bring some Febreze.

Linen from the guest before it was in the closet the toilet bowl cover is cracked. There was dirt behind the bathroom door and the ceiling was dusty. I have stayed here before and never experience such dirtiness. I am disappointed. I spent $194 for staying in a pigsty.

The pictures make this hotel look to be in very good condition, but upon arrival it was very clear we were mislead. The hotel was very dark, run down, and smelled awful. Between the smell of mildew and weed, it was almost unbearable. Our shower looked like it had barely been cleaned and the layout of the room was super strange. It mustā€™ve been a 2 bed room at one point and instead of rearranging the room after the removal of one bed, they just left a giant open space. The bed that remains was very noisy to even sit on. The pillows were not much bigger than a paper towel roll. Overall I was not pleased with the hotel and would not stay again unless some major changes are done.

Staff was excellent. First room had not been cleaned in days so we moved rooms. Bed was like sleeping on plywood and the pillows were like wet cotton in a sack. It was so uncomfortable we didn't sleep. I've been more comfortable car camping. Was not brave enough to use the shower. The first floor we had a room on smelled like cat piss. Bathroom seemed water damaged. The room had an odd open area that seemed like it was lacking furniture. Property should be updated and renovated or demolish. You get what you pay for I guess. I expected much more from a LaQuinta and instead went to sleep and woke up disgusted and disappointed to say the least.

There was nothing significantly wrong with the La Quinta. All minor issues: 1) No decaf coffee at breakfast 2) Door to room donā€™t close without pushing hard to get past a bent sill 3) tired looking lobby 4) very small bathroom. Wouldnā€™t choose it again but it was the cheapest place that night in the Frisco area which was the main plus.
