Filthy and unclean apartment. Stains on the sheets. Hairs in the bed. The sheets were wrinkled and dirty as if they hadn't been changed since last guests. I didn't dare to lay down in it. The floor was sticky. The so-called reception was a desk in a dirty basement room where they store the cleaning remedies. I checked soon after arrival to find another place.

the pool was amazing and although the air-conditioning took a little long to pick up and would turn off whenever you would open the door or leave the apartment it was clean and welcoming. more importantly the =bed was super comfortable :)

Dirty used bed linen let’s down an otherwise clean
Well equipped modern apartment in good condition, but bed linen was dirty marks and creased with hairs on the pillow. Looked like the linen had not been changed since the last person had slept in the bed! A shame as otherwise the rooms were clean.

Nice enough place. Good price. 20 walk to beach
nice place, great pool on the roof. Its a bit far from town but we didnt mind. It means you are out for the day. Our apartment didnt get cleaned once in the 10 days we were there. We cleaned it ourselves and washed our towels in the laundry downstairs. It would have been nice if it was cleaned even just once. Pretty basic. No oven just a microwave and a hob. But I enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. A double bed would have been nice

Don’t go too stressful
Poor communication between ourselves and apartment. Cost £9 in phone calls but still could not gain access when we arrived. We were let in by holiday makers. Next day we were told to pay an extra late arrival charge! We didn’t arrive late!!! If they had been there they would have known. Found entry cards pinned to a notice board which was sheer luck as they hadn’t explained this to us. Finally no cleaning at all. A disgrace of an apartment will never use again.

Great pool and good value
The place was the only property were no one met us. We were left to your own devices to find our room and work out how and were everything was. Great location, 15 minute walk to town, Room size ok, Bed and linen good, Shower needs new sealant around the base as it looks like it needs a really good clean and doesn't look nice at all. Great parking and well priced. Pool really awesome.

Lovely Clean Apartment
I have nothing but positives to say about my stay. Really lovely clean apartment with full working kitchen. Perfect if you're on a budget and want to cool your own meals at home. The only negative is that it's a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and you do have to walk up a slight hill but i would still stay here again. What a bargain!

Very nice apartments.
The apartment was really nice, a good size and everything was provided and working. Staff were only on hand to check in but not when checking out and seems like they're only on site when someone is checking in. The location wasn't great but not too far or hard to find shops or restaurants or walk into the centre. The terrace and pool area was nice but because it's quite small it seems like it can get easily crowded when busy.

Value for money, a little out of town
Apartment was clean and very modern. Cannot fault for the price. Areas for improvement would be no reception and therefore an very impersonal check-in procedure. 10 minute walk from the town.

Clan quiet place with a great pool.
Very relaxing stay, great place for a quiet retreat. Nice infinity pool on top of building. 10 to 15 minute walk to nice restaurants on the central bars. Probably more of a twenty minute walk to beach.

Cleaning costs extra, but you can skip that if you are only staying a few days. Check out is 11! I had to plug out the fridge out at night as it was humming!

Convenient hotel for our 8 day stay.
We arrived a bit early and spoke to through the intercom to a woman that said we could not check in and to come to another hotel. She hung up a few times and then findally a person who deals with the bikes in the building (Raphael I believe) gave me a lift to the location which was a good ten minute walk The overall stay was fantastic. Had everything you needed, even washing machines etc located located on the ground level. Fantastic for anyone staying for a couple days. Downside, if you had any issues with the property there wasn't anyone on-site to help.

Excellent self catering apartment 20 mins to beach
Exactly as discribed. Self catering apartments. Clean, modern almost new, We had a studio. Decent size room. Large shower room, TV, air con, safe, wifi, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, nespresso machine and dishwasher. Communal washing machines (2) irons ironing board, airers in the basement. Station and bars 10 mins walk, beach 20 mins walk, monbus 6 mins. Having read previous reviews we requested and got 2 keys. Reception is a intercom link to a hotel in town. We only needed to use it on arrival to be let in. Stayed 10 days. Didn't request daily maid service (for which there is a charge) day 5 room cleaned and linen/towels replaced. (No charge) roof top pool and deck gorgeous and was underused. Did not encounter any of the negativity others commented on. We did not lock ourselves out or have need to call the remote reception out of hours. Excellent value for money. If you want 24hr reception stay in a hotel. This is an apartment block as described. And a very good one in my opinion

Really nice apartments. Room was good and fairly new. Rooftop pool was really good too. About 15 mins walk from Sitges centre. About €6 in a cab which can be tough to get at peak times.
