This is our second stay we drive up from Virginia... the water main broke and we were without water for 2 days which we ended up driving home the second day we needed water showers everything. Literally was not their fault it was the luck of the draw. Any other time we have been happe and comfortable here for sure!

Location is ideal as my family is right down the road. The breakfast has many daily options (eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogart, coffee, juice), but the warm options do not change. Only complaint is the warming tray is not warm enough, should be set at a higher temp. We need a hotel that provides a bed and shower facilities, not looking to live in the room.

Front desk clerk name Jennifer was very unprofessional. She called me and my family names. Accused me of treating her like slave when I only asked her to prioritize checking us in because it was getting late for my kids bedtime. We decided to not stay because how she made us feel terrible. She doesn’t belong to hold customer service job position.
