I can write about what didn't like about Homewood Suites by Hilton. We booked our stay through Expedia from September 07th to 08th of September. We booked 2 adults and 2 kids. We booked a room with one queen bed with one sofa bed. The queen bed is for my wife and me, and the sofa bed is for our kids. When I opened the sofa bed to put the kids to bed, there was NO BED SHEET, NO BLANKET, AND NO PILLOW. When my wife and daughter went downstairs to ask for bed sheets, blankets, and pillows, the front desk staff did not help. She said there were no extra pillows or blankets. The only thing she said have a bed sheet. That is also what my wife had after a long argument. The front desk lady was very rude to my wife. End up I put my kids to sleep with my wife in the queen bed. I have to sleep my self in the sofa bed without a blanket and pillows. Also, the sofa bed was in very bad condition. The next day morning my back was very painful. We all came to New York to catch a Cruise. It took me almost 2 days rid of my back pain. When I went down to the front desk to check out the next day morning, I spoke to the front desk lady and explained to her what happened the night before, she also didn't care at all. Simply she said she couldn't do anything because I booked it through Expedia. She was also very rude to me as well. Both front desk staff are very rude and have no customer service at all. Please send both of them to customer service classes. I will never recommend it to anyone.

I was a good service the desk employee was very polite,the only bad thing was that I left a pair Ray-Ban sunglasses and a nail polish on the hallway counter and I called as soon I got home and the house keeper did not returned to the from desk

When my family members visit from overseas, we always stay at this property mainly because of how friendly and helpful the hotel staff are and the location. Our stay here, this time was most disappointing. Im not sure if it's because they have new staff or because they simply don't care. Our room came with a sofa bed but there was no bedding in the surplus closet where it usually is. When i went down to the front desk to ask for a blanket, sheet and pillow i was told "the hotel doesnt have any more blankets" and that she would "do her best" to arrange bedding for the next day. I of course expressed my unhappiness but her attitude was that it was my problem. She had zero intention of helping. I watched her stand around, doing nothing to help or initiate any action, she then then her back and left for the evening. We had travelled since early morning, tired and weary and being told that a basic amenity is not available is was mind boggling to us. We were too tired to fuss and fight and i had to reach out to someone who dropped off bedding from her home at midnight. This is not an exaggeration! This should never have happened. The manager added points to an account i never use to make things right but it's neither here nor there.. they dropped off "bedding" the next day but the blanket was so small it looked like it was taken from a baby's crib LOL This is probably the last time we stay at this hotel. Poor cleanliness overall. Bag of trash left overnight in front of the elevator. Roman cleanliness also not good, found a strand of hair in the shower, bed sheets smelled weird, dirt all around the corners. Do not recommend.

Not what I expect from Hilton
Very disappointed on entry did not have a king bed I reserved and paid for ; A/C was not working in lobby ; went to the pool and employee had her family members over with 10 kids could not use the pool ; went to breakfast and there was no food at 8am full of people and all the food was done , had to buy breakfast outside and no management presence to advise , hotel staff did not say anything as well ; very disappointed with overall stay
