They took my driver license and credit card info and copied it and said they had to keep it on file until the end of the year. I was suspicious since no other hotel does this, that I noticed. Now I am watching my credit card for any activity that may happen with someone taking money out on it. I will press charges if this happens since I only use this card for traveling so I will know when it happens and where it was compromised.

Love the breakfast and the free coffee in the lobby all day. It was always fresh. The guy at the desk was very nice. There is a little road construction but the entrance to the hotel was marked great!! Love how close everything is. Good dining options

Meh, a little over priced, but ok
Overall its an ok hotel, didnt find any bugs the staff was freindly, breakfast was meh, clean for the most part (except the fold out couch bedding which was dirty), the building is definitely a bit run down. In general for a budget hotel in the area it was decent (many of the other budget hotels in the area are badly run down, dirty, with bugs, drugs, and vagrants) so for the quality level this wasnt bad, there are nicer hotels in the area but they book quick and are even more over priced.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were nice and very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very soft sheets! We will certainly recommend this Quality Inn to family and friends!

Checked in and was given a room that was dirty. Had to go back down to lobby and wait to let tell them since there was several people checking in. Once I let them know the room was dirty they did apologize-- but then they had to do some reconfiguring of rooms since evidently they were sold out. Once they were able to figure things out they did indeed give us a new room--- only this "new" room already had someone staying in it-- and I walked in on this person-- who happened to be in the bathroom...right by the door... No need to explain further with that. I went back to the check in desk-- and had to wait yet again. Once I told them the room they gave me was already occupied they were astonished and told me "there shouldn't be anyone in that room" -- Well I am here to tell you that wasn't a naked ghost. The staff then scurried around and then they called the poor kid in the room I walked in on and told him to come downstairs since he was in the "wrong room". WHAT? they gave him a key -- that worked... Yes-- We did NOT end up staying here. We were afraid of what might happen next šŸ˜‰

The "free" breakfast was pretty poor. The toaster didn't toast. The peanut butter didn't taste right and the coffee was really bad. When we got off the elevator to go to our room on the 3rd floor, there was a piece of dog poop or human? not sure right across from the elevator. I went to tell the front desk staff twice but no one was there both times. Room was clean.

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the beds felt like a slate of stone. I tried to not be dramatic about the smoke smell but my son woke up with an allergy flare and now our clothes smell. Not one to review or complain but it was definitely a rough stay.
