The A/C would never shut off, Even after turning off the thermostat There was no screen on the window and there was always little nats flying around the room. The bathroom faucet handle was broken and kept coming disconnected. The bathroom towel hook on the back of the door was loose and hanging from the back of the door. Upgrade to a deluxe suite thinking it’ll be nicer, but that was a joke because we were put into a room facing the loading dock for the hotel next door and there was nothing but noise day and night. We asked several times to be moved and was told that there was no other room available. We were there for a week and a halt so we found it hard to believe no other rooms were available. Several times we asked the room to be cleaned and the sheets to be changed and returned to the room to find that the sheets were not changed and the floors were not cleaned. The parking was a joke!!!! Was told we could park are RV next door in very empty parking lot behind the other hotel. But the security guards from that hotel said a guest complained about a smell of propane and the guard shut off the propane tank and I lost a lot of my foods. The rooms have no microwave, I have stayed in hotels of lesser cost and they all had a microwave and refrigerator. The location was great next door to Heavenly Village. No free parking choices anywhere close to the hotel.

Cant beat the location, right on the state line and of course so near to the lake itself. Rooms are suites, roomy and clean. We loved how close we were to shopping, dining and the casinos but in a non smoking property. The indoor pool and hot tub were great with an outdoor deck connected for sunning or relaxing. The only negative was the extra fees for parking and "resort fee". Just tell us what the room costs and quit playing that game.

We loved this newly remodeled Resort. We have stayed there in the past under another name, but this newly renamed hotel is the place to stay. Restaurants on premises. Easy walk to many locations. Family friendly. Friendly staff and very comfortable

This was NOT a lake view as advertised in the room booking. Very disappointed that we spent extra to get a “lake view” and actually, it was a long walk daily.

Clean, new looking, close to Heavenly Village. Downside - indoor pool heavy chlorine smell, breakfast was $$, but lots of close by restaurants, missed 1 cleaning day & system was down at checkout, so no receipt. Would look for other places next time for price.

Great stay - but you pay $29/day for parking
The staff was very attentive and helpful. Website states "parking available" but what they don't tell you is that you are required to use VALET parking and the charge is $29/day for that. The rooms were recently renovated and very nice (great bedding!); however, the mini refrigerator should have been replaced when the renovation was done (small freezer with no door that needs to be defrosted, looked like it was 20 years old).

I had stayed here in July and really enjoyed it. I went back and this stay was horrible. The staff was very rude. When I checked in they offered no VIP gift or up grade and had to ask. Then the next day I waited 47 mins to get my car out of valet and when I approached the front desk they laughed at me. I go to Tahoe often and really wanted to make this my new favorite place to stay but this trip has changed my mind for sure.
