The place was very nice. Pool rather shallow. Employees nice and friendly. Expedia was deceptive, which made for a negative feeling on my part. They pretend that they are giving you the full cost including all fees and taxes, and then $20 is added on. That made the price the same as all the other booking sites. So, I'll not use Expedia again.

This should have been a 5 star review because the facility and rooms are great, but the elderly woman with the short hair was just not friendly from checking in to every other interaction, service is not that hard.

We love to come here, great breakfast, hot cookies in the lobby each evening, comfy beds, fluffy towels. We stay here frequently and always enjoy the pool and hot tub . However this time the hot tub was out of order , so if thatā€™s a deal breaker for you check beforehand to be sure that it is in working order.

The staff was great and very helpful. However, the property is located on a very busy street. Ingress and egress were a bit of a problem for us. Breakfasts were very good.

The room was decent size and clean. The breakfast options are plentiful and tasty. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is in a safe area of Spokane. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Spokane.

We liked this hotel a lot. The room was comfy and renovated. The only issue was the floor needed a deep clean because your feet got dirty without shoes.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they notified us that the hot tub was unfortunately unavailable but that the pool was available. Continental breakfast was there but the only time we went for it, it was fairly standard for hotel fare. Fortunately, conveniently close to several coffee retailers so we were able to meet the breakfast needs. As far as the area around the property, itā€™s right off one of the main thoroughfares in Spokane, so realistically we were only there to sleep.

Needed a last-minute dog-friendly place to stay for one night in Northern Spokane. Quality Inn Oakwood was the best reviewed place and with good reason: the staff at both check in and check out were ultra-friendly, their complimentary breakfast was better than most with delicious eggs and bacon, and their rooms were clean and spacious with amenities like a refrigerator and a microwave...add to that the fact that they are dog-friendly and located close to a multitude of food choices and it's a no-brainer. There is indeed Quality at Quality Inn Oakwood.
