The walls were thin, without any tv we, couldn't drown out what sounded like someone's honeymoon. Lots of things needed work around the property but looked like they'd just started working on it. Breakfast was somewhat ok, but the apple juice wasn't apple juice. Best part of the stay was the lady that checked us in, if I knew her name id mention it. Oh the room was clean, just no tv and the recliner was broken.

The room was really nice. The room appeared to have been renovated. The beds were comfortable and clean also. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

We had very loud people in the room next to us that appeared to be staying long term. Their dog barked and whined all night. The room was filthy, the sheets and duvet were stained. The hallways smelled like dog urine and our friends witnessed a dog peeing in the hallway. When we went to leave there was dog poop on the carpet in the hallway. It was disgusting and I do not recommend anyone (especially if you have allergies) staying here even for one night.

the evening check in person was freindlt and wanted to help, The morning people were not ,didn't care if you were their or not. Need a microwave in breakfast area, had oatmeal in pack for microwave but had to take back to room to cook. Juice machine didn't work either.

We rented for family weekend for the colleges and we have stayed here before because itā€™s easier on the budget but it blows my mind at how bad the upkeep of it is, the carpets in the halls look like they have never seen a carpet cleaner , mold above the shower and in our bedroom around the sides of the molding on the ceiling( however, the flooring looked nice and looked brand new) I just think some paint and good cleaning and pain would do wonders! Then our TV wouldnā€™t work and we had toddlers so that was a nightmare for a bit so much you can do in a hotel room, meet a lady at the pool and she said there tv wonā€™t work either. The lady at the desk was incredibly nice and switched a TV from another room for us. One of the good things is the staff is always pleasant!!!

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. When I got to my room, it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke despite it being advertised as non smoking. When I returned to the front desk, a lady was literally asking for cigarettes and received them from the receptionist. I mentioned the cigarette smoke smell and was immediately offered a new room. The new room at least smelled clean and despite a few stains on the bedding, looked fairly clean. There appeared to be alot of remodeling happening and some old sketchy rooms that needed to be remodeled.

The bed was not changed whwn we checked in. Switched to a different room and those linens were not changed as well. Shower didn't work and hallways needed to be vacuumed. Staff from front desk helped everyway they could to accommodate us.
