Lousy customer service
We walked into the lobby and they charged our card and $50 extra. We walked to the room through a sea of cigarette butts and trash. The room smelled misty and was not conducive for my children to sleep. We checked out 10 minutes later. Didnā€™t touch anything. Manager was very. Wry nice and said he would refund our money but I would have to go through Hotels.com. I was on a virtual chat with ā€œJennyā€ and had waited too long between texts so she ended it. (We were visiting my daughter in college for parents weekend-I just thought Iā€™d visit with her while I could and deal with the hotel thing later). I have not been able to reach anyone through virtual chat nor can I find anyone to talk with about my refund. I will never book through Hotels.com (or their affiliates) again.
