The location was amazing! Parking was extremely easy as well. Check-in was fine. The only thing I would say is the room was tiny and was very musty smelling. You couldn’t beat the price for something that close to everything.

This property is in a great location walking distance to everything in the historic district. Hotel was very clean, very nicely decorated for the holidays. Upon arrival they immediately helped us into our parking spot and check in process for late arrival was smooth. The room was clean beds were comfortable and everything worked, rooms are small but that was ok. No free breakfast which best westerns usually have and small lobby but they do offer coffee and a to go bag with water a muffin and a granola bar. The view of the bay is spectacular with walking distance to the fort and restaurants. Bar next door so a little bit noisy but we didn’t mind since it’s the holiday season. We would stay here again!

Pretty much everything was spot on. Yes, you pay for parking, but it’s pretty much just walking after that anyway. Only at night… noisy. Kind of like a garbage truck sound ALL, and of course the partying downstairs which totally is fair. Thats why some of us go! :-) In all fairness, they told us twice ahead of time, so that was cool. Also, they got us in at 12:00 instead of 4:00. For sure we’d go back! Perfect location!

Everything was ok. The only problem is that reception does not have a restroom. We get there around 1:30 pm . We know that check in is around 4pm. We could park and then look around a restaurant to use the restroom. We drove almost 5 hours to get to St Augustine and our first stop would definitely will be a restroom. Otherwise everything was good. We might reserve again. Thanks.

So I had to use the restroom pretty bad when I got there after driving for a couple hours. Was told I had to go to a restaurant down the street… So my check-in was delayed while I looked for a restaurant so I could use their restroom.. Very inconvenient

We have stayed here 4 times. The rooms are adequately furnished, the beds are always very comfortable. This particular stay was a bit disappointing in that the room was not clean. Floors were dirty and dusty. Shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor. However, you can’t beat the location. Also, the staff is accommodating and pleasant.
