This hotel looked great on the outside and inside. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable. Looked like it had been newly renovated. Pool area was clean. Staff friendly. Very convenient location to the beach. We felt very safe in common areas. Ice cream shop across the street that was awesome. Will stay here every time I come to town. Only con was no towel racks or hooks in bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great property and I loved that there wasn’t any carpet. Everything was very clean and it smelled great. The only downside was that both the bathtub and sink were clogged and there were 3 of us in a room so you can imagine how much water it accumulated and it was disgusting. Maintenance couldn’t go because it was already night so we waited until the morning and they fixed everything and it worked great. Great service.

The location is ideal, the staff is wonderful, but there was a serious leak in our room. At first bit was minor, but it progressed overnight and the morning we left we had a flooded bathroom. The staff were quick to call management and compensated our stay. I hope the leak is fixed. If it wasn’t for that greatplace

Location was great, about midpoint of the main drive, plenty of food options within a few minute walk either direction. Beach access very easy and close. Fresh renovation on the property, no complaints.

This place was fine. It had been renovated, but the renovation was cheaply done. The faucet hits the mirror when you turn the water on. The hot and cold were switched and because of the placement of the mirror, you couldn’t turn the hot water on all the way. The door to the bathroom gets stuck on the floor when you try to close it. It was clean and the pool looked nice. It was a super quick walk to the beach and walkable to many of the restaurants in the area. We only stayed two nights. I’m not sure I could stay longer.

STAY AWAY - Dirty, stank, bad service
Stayed here based on mostly very positive reviews on Hotels.com. Huge mistake. Halls smelled like urine, room was dirty (see pictures), bugs everywhere. Door wouldn’t seal. Just bad. Asked for a refund due to poor condition and was denied. Will absolutely never stay here again.

We’ve had a great experience there under construction but was still able to serve breakfast Rooms where clean we’ve missed our first night stay do to air flight cancellation and the staff was very nice and understanding and gave us a refund for the first night. Very close to the beach and restaurant. Pool area was also very nice .

Strongest chemical/cleaning smell we have ever experienced in a hotel room. Almost had to leave. It faded a bit by the 2nd day. Otherwise, hotel was in good shape for its age.

Last year i stayed here for a week and loved it thats why i decided to stay here again for another week with my family on vacation. But I wont be staying here ever again. I dont know if this place is under new management or what but the property has definitely gone down. It doesnt state on the hotel details that they NOW charge $5.00 every night just to park in the parking lot. Last year there wasnt a parking fee. And lets not talk about the guy who checked me in. I dont know if he was the manager or what but this guy is not very friendly or personable. Doesnt even greet customers when they are checking in and wont even speak to you or say hello when hes walking past you unless you speak to him first. It makes you feel uncomfortable when the hotel staff isnt even friendly. Hes the #2 reason i wont be back ever again. The room smelled strong of something which i couldt figure out if it was vinegar or some kind of cleaning solution. Behind the bathroom door looks like it was still under construction, the door was filthy and the trim wasnt even painted. The breakfast last year was wonderful. This time around the breakfast was horrible. Even the juice machine was broken so they put out bottles of juice which were gone quickly and not replaced and the waffle machine wouldn't work right and kept buring the waffles. After 2 days of gross breakfast we gave up. I will never stay here again. We were so disappointed in the hotel and the experience this time around.
