We used the pool, but no pool towels were provided, so I asked the front desk for a try well. A few minutes later, 3 men were at our door knocking and trying to push open the door but we had the safety latch on. They were aggressive- which scared us! They then brought us more towels and took out the garbage. The next day I called them because we had forgotten our swimsuits in the room after checking out. He said they threw them away. My suit was brand new.

Our original reservation was for 4 nights and we needed to change to 3 nights. The desk staff was able to accommodate our request without a problem and helped us resolve any expedia differences. Clean, quiet and easy walking to restaurants. Would definitely stay her again.

You get what you pay for. It was a cheep stay, that came with breakfast. Pool area was ok. Room was nice. Floor was a bit dirty, noticed that my feet were dirty after walking around barefoot. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of things. There was a tourist trolley that took you in to St Augustine. Or it’s a 10 min drive. Beach was 2 min walk. Selection of restaurants within a 15 min walk from hotel. Ice cream shop across the street. Parking cost $5 a night, which was a bit odd given I imagine most guests need to park.

Upon entering the room, there was a very harsh clean smell that did not dissipate. There was hair all over the bathroom floors. It was disgusting. There is also construction and no mention of that during booking. Despite the seaside name, this is not seaside. They remodeled the bathroom but did not install towel hooks so there is not place to hang up a towel. Will not stay here again.

Great Location. Can walk to the ocean and nice restaurants. Location is also very quite. Room had been recently remodeled and had new furniture and fixtures, plus it had recently been repainted. Several other rooms were being remodeled and repainted while we were there. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Only issue was the parking. There is a a $5 daily charge for parking, but the clerk was kind enough to waive the fee. Also, the parking spaces are tight and not a lot of room to back out a large vehicle.
