Huge cracks and dents in the walls. Water/rust damage all around the bathroom. Room smelled musty and like smoke. The cleaners stand outside the rooms talking smoking cigarettes so I assume that is how the smoke smell gets in the rooms. There was 4 people cleaning 1 room but 2 of them just stood outside and smoked one cigarette after another.

The Ocean Breeze Inn has recently been refurbished. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds are too hard for my liking, but some may like that. The location is excellent, close to the beach, the pier and old town. Some online information is outdated, there is no breakfast served at this facility. Overall, we had a marvelous time.

Nice hotel
Very clean hotel. They service your room every day which in today's market is amazing. Nice owners and very reasonable. Close to good restaurants. My only wish is I wish they had an elevator.
