Welcome to SeaForever!

Wonderful top floor unit (4th floor) that is so close to the elevator that pool and beach access is a breeze! The panoramic view from this Colony Reef condo of the ocean and beach is dazzling, you can "Sea" Forever. Enjoy the sparkling ocean, the wide sandy beach, the pool and hot tub not to mention the spectacular sunrises! The condo has been updated and has everything you will need to have a relaxing laid back vacation. We even provide a beach cart and beach chairs, plus all new linens and towels, enough for everyone.  The condo features two full size bedrooms one with a King and the other has a Queen plus a "sleeping room" with two twin beds. There is a pack n play for the younger set as well as children's cups, plates and utensils. Enjoy the spacious balcony equipped with comfortable seating and an electric grill. The Colony Reef complex has 2 pools (one indoor heated) workout room, tennis courts, and a children's play area. Fun for the whole family.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom

A little snafu with getting info for the wrong condo but it was quickly rectified. The condo is exactly as pictured. It has a great view! It was clean, comfortable and ready early. Just some feedback...the beach stuff is on the balcony and is it pretty rusted. Maybe consider storing it inside somewhere. Would have been nice if the pool was at least open until 8 or 9 but closed at dusk which limited time substantially. Overall, great experience!

We loved staying at this location. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and taking many trips to the ocean and pool. It was perfect for our family to enjoy and close to the things we wanted to do. I Would recommend staying here and hope to return.

Just a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The place was spotless, the views from the patio even better than pictured. Beds are so comfortable. The location is 15 minutes from St. Augustine and that is the farthest you will have to drive to get to literally anything - meals, shopping, parks, etc. You won’t have to do anything to access the beach - it’s literally right there. Parking is a breeze, and the door is literally steps from the elevator. There are carts for hauling in luggage and groceries. It’s just a great place. If I have one piece of constructive criticism it’s that they need more and better beach chairs. Two weren’t usable, and the other two remaining weren’t great. We bought one from Walmart and left it behind (you’re welcome, next guest). But that’s a minor comment. We had a great week!

Condo on beautiful beach
We had nice stay, view of the beach, sunrise and property is great. The place was clean. Excellent communication with management. Everything in the condo worked nicly. I like to make a few suggestions: more comfy pillows would be nice, newer and softer sheets, as well and maybe professional cleaning of master bathroom shower floor. I would stay again here if I visit St. Augustine - loved the place.

Wonderful place!
Perfect location. Pool was great and Beach was easy to access with the boardwalk for my mother who has difficulty walking. Loved the tennis, pickleball and racquetball court. Unit had everything we needed and the view was amazing! Will definitely be back!

Overall condo was clean and inviting. Although air vents really needed cleaning. Television in 2nd bedroom didn’t work but was immediately checked by property manager. Need new beach chairs. Ceiling in small bedroom was black from air vent. Shortage of teaspoons. A kettle would have been nice. We used saucepans to heat water.

My family has been going to St. Augustine since I was a baby and I’m about to celebrate my 40th bday. This year we came to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th bday. There were about 35 of us total. Several of her grandchildren and great grandchildren were there. Colony Reef is the perfect spot for this. There’s the beach, the pool and then there’s the big yard in between the buildings for the kids to play together at night. We all had so much fun!!

Good Bang for Buck
Nice peaceful ocean view, comfortable balcony furniture. Top floor location, so you never hear upstairs neighbors walking over you. Outdoor pool and hot tub were nice. (First day the hot tub water was tepid, but after that it was nice and muscle-soothing hot.) We used the indoor pool sauna and racquetball court. All were in good shape. Racquets were in condo closet and the complex office loaned us a ball. On the balcony, there was a wagon loaded with beach chairs that we used when walking to the beach. It was nice that there are quiet-time rules in place for the complex. There was only one noise violator, but property security came and stopped it quickly after I made a call to the office. Towels and pillowcases had a dank smell, but we washed and dried them and they were fine.

Nice condo and complex
We really enjoyed this condo. Furnishings and bedding/mattresses are attractive and updated. The complex is nice with a large pool, grassy areas and close proximity to beach. Well-stocked kitchen. Loved the deck! Master bath could use more towel rods or hooks, but that's a minor issue. We would totally stay here again!

Toilet problems
Upon arrival, we realized the guest bathroom toilet was not flushing properly. Immediately I called management services and was told that it was working earlier. I assured the lady that four women did not show up to a condo to break the flush valve. They were unable to send anyone out that day. They sent someone out the second day and told us we just had to jiggle the handle a couple of times to get it to work. The third day they came out and admitted that the toilet fill valve was broken. We spent the entire trip with a bucket filling the bowl and tank. Not a fun adventure. I believe the cleaning crew earlier in the day knew there was an issue.
