You could tell that the property was older but it was well maintained. We arrived very VERY late and the from desk personnel was so friendly and quick about getting us to our room.

Great place! Made me feel super safe, super clean for the price! Only downfall was the fire alarm went off at 5am which wasn’t a fun drill but I know no one can help that!

We were changed the room supposed to go to upgrade because was over sold, our room the door didn’t lock, the shower and sick were dirty, the ac didn’t cool less than 73, and we went wake up at with two false fire alarm the lights.

The hotel is very nice ,26 minutes away from historic district if you plan to hang out at night. The service of bar is very good as well aa buffet very varied food selection. The bedrooms are outdated, the mattress need an update they are very poor quality and needless to say the pillows, extremely low quality.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was supper friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and it was a great price for all of the options. Even though the hotel was older it was kept clean and we had all of the amenities. Greta option close by to St. Augustine!

Dirty rooms and hallways
Mattress cover with urine stains, I asked to change bedding and the ones brought it were all dirty and like out of the dirty pile, unfolded and even with hair one or the pillowcases. I asked for another room and we were switched. A little bit better but not cleaned as expected for a Marriott Resort One of the days the room was never cleaned, got to hotel room at 7pm and I had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels and it took them an hour Next day I arrive past 7:30pm and none of my two rooms keys worked. I had to go down to have them reprogrammed On the day leaving no valet around or doorman I had to lift my bags by myself my husband is a hancicapped person and no one showed up to assist only until I finished loading my car the guy came in to pick up the luggage cart

Old and expensive. Not worth it.
Expensive old hotel. Needs major upgrades for the price. Small rooms, old furniture, carpets and bathrooms. Splatters of God knows what on the walls and some hairs in the bathroom. Air vents dirty and room smelled musty. Thank goodness we only needed to stay a quick overnight. I’m not sure why this place got good ratings. Would have been better off staying at a Holiday Inn. Should really be asking for a refund.

The smell in the bathroom was horrible straight urine I didn’t even shower because the bathroom was so dirty both bathrooms in the 2 rooms we reserved smelled so bad I want a refund the beds stiff as a board bathroom smells like mold also not happy at all
