No one was in the office to check us in. We waited over 30 minutes ringing door bell, knocking and calling. We did not receive service although we paid for a room in advance. We had to leave and find lodging somewhere else. I just want my money back please

First off I do commend the manager. She was single handedly running this whole place after losing a staff member that say. That said, I'm still a paying customer. Had to wait 15 minutes in the cold before anyone came to unlock the check in office (others were waiting too). Then she told me my room still needed to be cleaned so I couldn't check in (this was like 7pm). I waited and she did it quick but unfortunately the room was a dump. Sheets were sticky. Room smelled like urine to the point I had to brew coffee just to handle the smell. And despite the modern looking exterior, the rooms are very old. My door on the inside was badly banged up and had graffiti on it. Props to the manager for doing her best with a bad situation, but it still kinda ruined my night so can't recommend it.

I found this place last minute because the reservation I had made to another hotel did not go through. When I got to this hotel, property manger Erica was at the front desk and mentioned there were no rooms available except for one that had not been cleaned yet. Erica quickly cleaned the room herself for me to stay at within 30 mins, despite guests coming in and out of the office every 3 minutes. The room was clean, appliances worked and its in a great spot too!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. They also offer long term leases and the residents were unruly and the police were called. We tried to check in at 9:30pm but the room still wasn’t cleaned. It smelled horrible so we bailed. I’d never go there ever again.

Room 156 smelled musty. Sheets big stain. This shouldnt be on hotels.booked two nights stayed one night. Were over charged... Scammed said the printer doesnt work so no receipt. I wouldnt suggest hotels.com or the hotel.

Sketchy area, had to wait forever for the front desk to check me in since the door was locked since there is only one person managing the entire facility. My room had no blankets on either of the queen beds I had. The beds only had fitted sheets and no comforter or quilt to cover ourselves with. Freezing the entire night! Bathtub/shower was not clean.

This has to be the worst hotel I ever seen in 54yrs. The place is infected with roaches the beds weren't made. I asked for a refund that they refused $289.00 and on top of that a$100 deposit that im still waiting on. I did not stay here.so, basically was robbed of my money.I went another hotel Holiday Inn the best..

Que no me gusto, piso sucio, la ducha no tenia cortina por ende toda el agua se sakua , sabanas sucias hasta llenas de sangre , pasamos una noche horrible , le enseñe las fotos a la persona que estaba en la oficina y nos dijo que no tenia tiempo , escribi solicitando una devulucion y me inoraron . No lo recomiendo a nadie es pesimo.

upon check in, 2 females were folding sheets in their “ office” sheets on chairs and over garbage cart. Got to the room and the smell of cigarettes were unbearable. The bed had black hairs all over the sheet which looked like dog hair and the chair and table that were there looked used with crumbs all around. Didn’t stay longer than 5 minutes until i went back to the women downstairs and checked out. Currently waiting for refund for booking.

First of all, my room was delayed by an hour. Check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM, but I only got access to my room at 5 PM. When I finally entered, the bed was well-made, but everything else was disappointing. There was a lot of dust and dirt on the floor, and the sink was also dirty. Another major issue is that the front desk is closed most of the time. I waited for about 20 minutes alongside six other people just to check in. The same thing happened during check-out. I left my key in the dropbox outside, yet they called me at 11:30 AM asking if I had left the room. There was no one in the office, and despite leaving my key outside as instructed, they still questioned the time I left. This felt like an attempt to charge me for any extra time, which is extremely rude considering they didn’t even provide the room at the agreed-upon check-in time the previous day. Lastly, some people actually live in this hotel. There are families staying long-term in certain rooms, which makes the environment feel less like a hotel and more like a residential complex. This setup contributes to it being a bit dirty, noisy, and inconvenient for short-term guests. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
